  I had a great experience at this Enterprise location. After my car broke down on a road trip, Bradli went above and beyond to help locate a car for me on a holiday weekend so I would not be stranded! The rest of the team was very kind and professional while I waited. Thank you all so much!

  I made a confirmed one way three day rental reservation through Expedia several weeks in advance. When I arrived on Friday afternoon to pick up the vehicle, I was told that the location did not receive any personal contact information from Expedia and therefore could not confirm my reservation. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. If the reservation could not be confirmed, it should have been rejected or flagged well in advance so I could make alternate arrangements. Instead, I was allowed to show up expecting a valid reservation, only to be turned away with no solution. This process puts the burden entirely on the customer and reflects a lack of coordination between your company and Expedia. I do not understand how this is considered an acceptable business practice. I would appreciate an explanation of how reservations from third party platforms are handled and what steps will be taken to prevent this from happening again.

  I had such bad experience with enterprise recently. I booked a mini van online 4 weeks back to go the airport. I called 4 days back to make sure the car is there and I got a yes. Yesterday I get a call saying the car is not available and you need to book with another location. Then I booked with another enterprise location by calling enterprise customer care. The phone agent told me the reservation is good. I got email. But when I called the actual location man said “I cannot guarantee” .. today morning I again got a call that the cars are all gone. No cars. This is such a bad customer experience. I have no idea how can something be reserved but not available ? And that too at 2 locations. I wish I could give zero stars.

  The employees in the Mechanicsville location were amazing. They were super helpful, answered every question, and provided the smoothest experience at a rental place I've ever had. 10/10 will rent from them again.

  I had an excellent experience at Enterprise Rent-A-Car thanks to the outstanding customer service provided by Quan. From the moment I arrived, he was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Quan made everything quick and stress-free, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was completely taken care of. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about providing great service, and their positive attitude really stood out. I truly appreciate the help.
