  I visited a NTB on Sunday July 5th location 1524 Spring Hill Rd Mc Lean,VA. I was on interstate heading home from road trip when my tire sensor alerts low pressure. No shops open except NTB a lifeline. Luckily I was able to drive there and was kindly greeted by young lady at counter. She took information quickly and I was told 30 minutes wait. The tire technician even came out to lobby and showed me medal nail he pulled from tire. Explained he will patch it and I should be fine. Well I drove several hundred miles home with no issues. Thank You NTB employees for your professional service. It's good to see employees who know their job. J Leon Norridge IL.

  Best customer service I've had at a jiffy lube. Cody and Joanne were so helpful and thorough. I was in and out in 25 mins. Def coming back here again.

  Made a last minute online appointment to get my tires rotated and brakes checked. Keenan was incredibly friendly as soon as I came in the shop, and helped take care of me quickly and efficiently, and were able to offer a great price for service. Highly recommend others to check out this location!

  While traveling from out of town, trying to get to Lorton, VA to catch the AutoTrain the next day, I had a blowout on a relatively new tire, while crossing the American Legion Bridge on the Outer Loop of I-495, around 4:30 PM on a Holiday (Juneteenth) Friday. My car is fitted with a unique sized run-flat tire and could not be patched. Nor did they have the specific replacement tire in stock or any other options that would fit my car. The supervisor on duty, Mark, after giving me the bad news, he also had to advise me that he could order the replacement, but it would not be at his shop until Monday, and I would miss my AutoTrain departure. So, he picked up his phone and called two of his nearby competitors and found one location that had exactly what I needed. He had them put the tire on hold and made an appointment for me to get it installed by his competitor, the next morning, so that I could make my AutoTrain Reservation the next afternoon. He went above and beyond to help a traveler in distress. In the end, the new tire was installed by his competitor Saturday Morning, and I did make it to the Amtrak AutoTrain Station in Lorton to continue my trip home. Let it be known, that I have been a Mervis Tire Center and Tire Kingdom customer back home in Florida, and have always been satisfied with their service. NTB is a Mervis company as well. I send my thanks to Mark and his team at NTB, McLean, Virginia.

  My college age daughter's car failed inspection due to her tires. She's preparing to move out of state and we needed to get her new tires asap. Mark and the team at NTB Spring Hill were very prompt, courteous and professional. They explained all the options to my daughter, which was great because she had never purchased a set of tires before. Mark also made sure we received the $70 instant rebate we were entitled to. He noticed it after we had paid for the tires and took the time to process the rebate, he very easily could not have mentioned it and we wouldn't have known the difference. I appreciated his professionalism.
