  Keenan and Jayla was awesome , make this appointment so easy for me. His kindness and knowledge was more than beyond. You should get more employees like him , I was in another NTB and the customer service was awful, so I thought give a try another location, and I wasn’t wrong. Thanks to Keenan and Jayla I’m staying as a customer,

  I live a half hour away and traveled there because I needed my tire patched. I had a 2:00 appointment, but they said they were sorry but they made the appointment for 3:00 by mistake and refused to see me for my designated appointment! Terrible!!!

  A mess of a shop. Sketchy work. We’ve been bringing our cars to this NTB for a while, and unfortunately each time they drastically overpromise and underdeliver on timing. After our most recent experience, I also have serious concerns about the quality of their work. I had four new tires installed and balanced and an alignment performed. Despite their paperwork stating that the tires were set to 37 PSI in the front and 46 PSI in the rear, all four tires were actually at different pressures, with one as high as 55 PSI. The car also still has a mild shake around 75 mph and appears to pull to the right even after the balancing and alignment. At this point, I now need to have their work checked elsewhere. I booked a 9 AM appointment over the phone the evening before and was specifically told they only had one other appointment scheduled at that time and that my tires, balancing, and alignment should take about an hour. When I arrived at 8:45, I was told I was actually one of FIVE 9 AM appointments and, as the third to arrive, my car wouldn’t be done until lunchtime. At 12:15, we called for an update and were told the alignment rack was backed up and it would be several more hours. At 3:30, we called again and they got our car mixed up with someone else’s and told us our battery was completely dead and they were unable to perform the work. They then realized they had the wrong car and told us ours was actually finished and ready to go, despite no one calling to let us know. This place is poorly managed. This has been a consistent issue here, not a one-time occurrence. Our cars routinely end up here most or all of the day despite being given much shorter estimates. I was also treated quite rudely when I came in alone that morning, which added to the frustration. The service advisor asked if I had a deadline, and I simply referenced the time estimate I had been quoted over the phone and said that as soon as possible would be preferable. They apparently didn’t appreciate that request. My husband is typically treated well here; however, I did not receive the same warm customer service. If you’re on a time crunch or your household only has one vehicle, I would not recommend coming here. You simply cannot rely on the time estimates they give you and should expect to potentially be without your car all day. Between the repeated scheduling issues, poor communication, and now serious concerns about the quality of the work performed, we’ll be taking our cars elsewhere going forward.

  Jayla was very observant and attentive to what was going on with my wait time and made sure that I got my vehicle serviced after waiting for a while just to get a tire changed. She was very nice and extremely reasonable and I truly appreciate her. Unfortunately the time I had to wait affects the number of stars I am giving, but if I could individually give Jayla 5 stars I would.

  Tried to overcharge me and bully me out of using a coupon. They were not available for the appointment I had scheduled, made me wait thirty minutes to speak to someone to drop off the car. Then, took several hours more than was promised to change two tires. I called to check in during the course of this experience (after a few hours), and was told that they were doing an alignment. I called an hour later, and was told they were just getting to my car. They are dishonest. A few hours after that, I called to check up and was told the car had been done for an hour. They told me they would call me when the car was done. The actual work they performed was done correctly. Overall, they are dishonest and do not respect their customer's time. I would not go here again.
