  I cannot say enough wonderful things about Mr. Hooman Davodi, who manages MotorMatesVA at the Shell gas station in McLean. Hooman is the definition of professionalism\. He is incredibly approachable, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about his customers. From the moment you meet him, you feel that you are in good hands. He treats everyone with kindness, respect, and courtesy, and he is truly a total gentleman. It is such a pleasure to find someone who takes such pride in his work and goes above and beyond to help. His customer service is exceptional, and his warm and respectful manner makes all the difference.   Hooman, Ali and the rest of the service family at McLean Shell are simply the BEST. My family and I have been servicing and getting our inspections for our Mercedes’ there consistently for over 5 years. Not only do they do excellent on-time work, they have gone above and beyond when the dealership service center dropped the ball! They have saved me time and money. They also happen to be just fantastic people! I’m proud to write this review and I’m proud of their business and the friendship I have gained; it’s rare thing in this world.
