- WFWill FerrisMay 13, 20265.0Had a slow leak in my front right tire. Was leaving on a long road trip next day. Called on a Saturday afternoon. “When can I bring my car in?” “How soon can you get here?” Dropped my car off, walked around the neighborhood doing errands and when I got back 30 minutes later my car was waiting for me. Stefan (sp?) was friendly, professional, and patient, explaining why it was necessary to replace the tire. He showed me a diagram of the tire’s vulnerabilities and handed me the offending nail which had caused the problem. Superb service start to finish.

I was driving on a doughnut because I had a flat- the service guy at Firestone told me I had to wait almost a week for new tires. I was so frustrated. I called Goodyear at 7:30am. Henry answered the phone.- the service manager, he was fantastic! He got me in right away. Put four new tires on my Mercedes did an alignment and took terrific care of me! come on Mclean it’s Goodyear not Firestone.!!

I traveled into DC from out of town and when I got to my hotel my check engine light was on and my power was reduced. Henry and his team went above and beyond to take care of my car! I called multiple times trying to navigate the situation and every time he and his team were polite, kind and understanding. Thank you Henry and team - for being a blessing in my travels! I would highly recommend this location!
