I was traveling through the DC area on the holiday afternoon of Juneteenth, on my way to catch the AutoTrain the next day, when I had a tire blowout on my car, while on the I-495 Outerloop of the beltway, in the Tyson's Corner area of McLean, Virginia, just a few miles from the Lorton AutoTrain terminal. After my car was towed to a repair shop in Tyson's Corner, I called the local Enterprise location (8251 Greensboro Dr., McLean, Virginia) around 4:30 PM, and the agent there advised me that they did have a car and would deliver it to me, since I was less than a mile away from their location. They were there in 15 minutes, helped me transfer my luggage and personal items out of my car and into the rental car. The next morning, after my car was repaired, I returned the car to the Tyson's Corner location, and again the agent checking in the car, helped me transferring my personal belongings and luggage from the rental car to my recently repaired car. I was able to continue my trip and make it to the Lorton AutoTrain station before my train departed. I am a National Car Rental and Enterprise Executive Club member for many years and have always been happy with the service their local agents have given me this time and in the past. Keep up the good work!
