  Very disappointed with service. I went in yesterday 06/18/26 simply for an oil change. I was told by Kevin and the African American boy with dreads that I also needed radiator fluid replaced. I ended up agreeing paying over $200 for services. Today I get in my car to drive it and the maintenance light is now on and my radio in my car is gone completely. I know for a fact these problems weren't an issue prior to my service with them. I would just like for this location to hire actual mechanics and not just young high school boys looking for a day job. Vehicles and services are already outrageously priced.

  This crew was very kind and professional when changing my oil. They explained each step as they went and even ensured they showed me that my oil levels were the correct height and that it was clean prior to leaving. I will be returning to this location for my future oil change needs.

  I haven’t come to get my oil change in months and I was well overdue (Yes, I received my texts from VIOC, but you know life) I finally come in today and who is here? TJ!!! I love the service here because it’s fast and efficient!! But I also like coming to a place where the same person is here working on my vehicle. TJ you have great customer service skills and I appreciate you always answering all my questions.

  First time customer and I must say the customer service here was great. I pulled in 5 min before it opened and 2 employees greeted me right away and asked what inwas here for and asked me to park infront of the place. They informed me they aren't open yet but already started checking lights wipers simple things while we waited. When I pulled into the bay the rest of the crew all greeted me and welcomed me. They went through everything step by step and made sure I understood what was required and what wasn't provided visuals to show me any issues or thing to have looked at in near future. Service was great and they were all young adults with a super positive attitude and you can tell they love what they do. I highly recommend this place.

  I went in for oil change on June 5.I supplied the oil.Oil change was all that I needed.Was offered front differential and transfer case service my truck has neither.Take alot of time cleaning my vehicle top to.bottom including engine compartment.When I left the Valvoline service center I smelled burning oil right away. I live a short distance away .When I got home and opened the hood I found nothing but a mess left under the hood.Very disrespectful in my opinion and won't be going back.Charged me 85bucks to change "customer supplied oil" and trash engine compartment.
