  I absolutely love this car wash!! I come all the way from Centreville all the time only for this just bc the quality of the wash is great you can get your carpet cleaned, they have blower thing vacuum. It’s really the best deal and quality. Ppl really do care and service is through the roof. I promise, you won’t regret it. Go go!!

  Great car wash & first impression! I'll frequent more often when I'm on that side of town. The service attendant said her system was down and couldn't accept my card ( and I didn't have cash), so she gave me The Works on the house. That's next level -- thank you!

  I had a very disappointing experience at this car wash. After going through the wash, I noticed multiple scratches on my car’s paint as well as damage on both rear glass windows. These were definitely not there before—I take great care of my vehicle and would have noticed them immediately. I brought this to the attention of the site leader, Martir Guevara, while I was still on-site drying my car. Instead of taking the concern seriously, he refused to acknowledge that the damage could have been caused by the car wash. When I showed him similar complaints from other customers online, he dismissed them, saying “we cannot please everyone” and suggested those reviewers may not be telling the truth. This kind of response is unacceptable. Customers expect accountability, especially when there is visible damage immediately after a service. I would not recommend this location to anyone who values their vehicle.

  Osvaldo was amazing! He helped me at the free mat washing station and was extremely thorough, making sure I understood that even after cleaning, the mats could still be wet—which is something I definitely needed to know with my brand new 2026 car. He went above and beyond with his customer service. This is the kind of person who can go very far with the level of service he provides. If he isn’t already a manager, he absolutely should be—this is exactly the type of associate you hope to deal with when visiting a new place. I also noticed him constantly grabbing dirty towels and swapping them out for clean ones to make sure every single car coming through had a great experience. That kind of attention to detail doesn’t go unnoticed. He was patient, helpful, and genuinely cared about my experience. I even picked an air freshener I didn’t like (totally my fault), and he had no problem helping me switch it out. 10/10, highly recommend!

  Scam. If I could give zero stars I would. I had to argue with the guy at the window that I didn't want their subscription. I explained to him that I don't live close to this location and I only visit this location once every few months when I'm in the area. I can't convey how pushy this gentleman was. I have a 2026 Tesla model Y (Juniper) I maintain religiously because I'm a car freak. The carwash didn't wash the front bumper when I went through. The automated washers physically didn't touch the front bumper. No biggie, I pulled around and showed the guy that the auto-wash didn't touch the front bumper. He said that I needed a subscription to keep the car clean and the bumper was dirty due to my lack of coming in more often. I knew by this canned response that I got scammed and received an initial substandard wash due to my not getting a subscription in the first place. Even if I'm wrong I went through twice and you could see in the first left behind the washers physically missed the entire center section of my bumper. This isn't the first incident I've had with this place, but now I'm annoyed enough to leave a negative review.
