- AFAlex and Dory FilatovAug 24, 20261.0Beware of difficult to navigate app without complete information. There is no clear way to cancel a subscription. They have changed the wording to 'deactivate plan.' If you deactivate plan the day they charge you, they will still charge you. Then once plan is deactivated, there is no date shown anywhere on the app as to when the subscription ends. Very poor app and poor customer service. I was told since there's an app, we don't offer refunds.

The initial contact when paying for the car wash was great as well. The customer service representative gave an outstanding brief covering the different types of services available prior to getting my vehicle washed. Thank you!
