  UPDATE – August 8, 2026: Sheehy Nissan responded to this review saying they would like to discuss the matter further and asked me to contact them. However, their response literally says “[contact information]” and provides no phone number, email address, or name of a manager. I am still waiting for someone from management to provide actual contact information and address my concerns. Very bad experience. I took my car in for maintenance and inspections, and less than 15 days later, the maintenance message came back on. They also did not take care of my car. When I got it back, the inside was dirty and stained. I asked to speak with the supervisor, but he was not available. During a previous visit for an oil change, they damaged the oil drain plug threads because the plug was installed incorrectly. At first, they wanted to charge me to fix the damage they caused. I asked to speak with the supervisor, but again, he was not available. After a long argument, another employee said they would replace the part as a “courtesy,” but it was not a courtesy. They were responsible for the damage. I have had all my car maintenance done at this location, but their lack of care, responsibility, and customer service has been very disappointing. I do not recommend this place.

  I was effectively charged twice for the same root cause at Sheehy Nissan of Manassas. The initial repair did not resolve the issue, and I was billed again after the vehicle failed immediately. This raises concerns about proper diagnosis and quality of work.

  Service Advisor, Sherman Hashi, and technicians discovered a damaged radiator after a battery replacement. I had my NIssan Maxima towed in to replace the radiator and battery after the battery failed. Payment options were offered for repairs done right the first time. I also received an oil and filter change. Excellent service again, as usual, from this team. Your standard of excellent service is greatly appreciated. Very many thanks, - Lee Rivers

  I highly highly do not recommended to anyone. Please do not come here to get your car serviced they literally caused so many issues to my car and I spent so much unnecessary money. Please especially women who they seem to take advantage of please check the reviews mostly women experience ongoing issues after coming here. I’m so displeased and I wish I could give this place a 0.
