He answered every question thoroughly, provided detailed information upfront, and made me feel confident before even arriving. When I got there, despite it being close to closing time, the staff never rushed me. The test drive confirmed everything I was hoping for, and the buying process was smooth from beginning to end. Jack in finance was equally great to work with — professional, upfront, and genuinely focused on helping me secure the best financing option possible without any pressure or surprises.   One of the smoothest dealerships i have purchased from. Called in that i was driving around 3 hours away for the vehicle and was presented with all the information i asked for from my amazing sales consultant Nick Freeman. After driving down a hour before they close we went on a test drive and loved the car. Everything was transparent and easy as possible. Finished the purchase of the vehicle with the help of their Finance manager Jack who was very transparent and helpful for working on the financing on the vehicle. Huge thank you to the team and staff there. Buy with confidence

  I sent an elderly woman to this Nissan dealership simply to get assistance with a wheel lock key for her vehicle, and the experience was disappointing. Instead of properly guiding her to the parts department to identify and purchase the correct wheel lock key, she was immediately quoted for removing and installing an entirely new wheel lock set. What made the situation worse was that the parts department did not even take the time to go outside, inspect the vehicle, or verify which wheel lock key was actually needed. They simply sold her a random wheel lock kit that most likely will not even work for her vehicle. As a professional in the automotive field, I believe customer service should include taking a few extra minutes to properly identify the correct part, especially when assisting an elderly customer who may not fully understand the process. This experience felt more focused on upselling unnecessary labor and parts rather than genuinely helping the customer solve the issue correctly.

  I have been a loyal customer since 2014, when I bought my Pathfinder here. For over a decade, I’ve enjoyed great service—until today. I came in for an oil change and asked for a quote on a transmission fluid exchange. I was verbally quoted $550, even though my previous service printout listed the same job for $474. When I asked them to honor the previous price, they bluntly refused. The most disappointing part? When they handed me my paperwork at the end, the service advisor had blacked out the printed price with a Sharpie and handwritten "$550" over it. When I asked about the original price underneath, the advisor wouldn't even listen; he just tried to upsell me on a different service. It’s a shame to see a long-term relationship ruined by non-transparent tactics. For those looking for better value: I called Priority Nissan in Chantilly and was quoted $526 total (including taxes and supplies) for the same CVT flush. Transparency is the key to customer service, and Sheehy failed that test today.
