  If I could give zero star I would, I got a really bad experience at sheehy Nissan in Manassas va,I talked to someone that told me that they was gonna get me a good deal and when i walked in to the office,I was about to ask and negotiate the price and without saying much yet, the seller, i think hes name is David, talked to me very rude,they don't like when you make question about the fees extra charges,the guy told me to better go to another place to buy a car where I can get a good deal because they don't offer good deals and I left. I'm not saying don't buy a car from here, I'm just saying that you don't have to pay more money than what it should be.

  Typically I’ve had great service here, which is why this visit was so disappointing. It seemed like the biggest issue was that the service department was severely understaffed. I stopped in for an oil change after being out of town and knew I was overdue. I expected to wait and had come prepared, but I was strongly encouraged not to stay and instead make an appointment for the following day. I was told several times that I’d be waiting “hours and hours” if I didn’t so despite driving 30 minutes to get there, I left and came back the next day. Because I had an appointment, I scheduled another commitment three hours later, figuring that would be plenty of time for a routine oil change. My car was taken back at my appointment time, and then I waited. After two hours, I checked in because I was getting concerned about making my next appointment. I explained that I absolutely had to leave within 45 minutes. The advisor went to check on my vehicle and came back to tell me they were just about to begin the oil change—two hours after my scheduled appointment time. At that point, he suggested skipping the tire rotation to try to get me out in time and offered for me to come back for that service. When I asked how long that return visit would take, he couldn’t say. Unfortunately, I couldn’t justify making a third trip and potentially losing another two or three hours. I genuinely felt bad for the employees because they were polite and doing the best they could. This didn’t feel like an employee issue; it felt like a staffing issue. As a customer, it was incredibly frustrating to make two separate 60-minute round trips specifically to avoid a long wait, only to have my scheduled appointment sit for two hours before anyone even started working on it. I’m leaving this review in the hope that it reaches the people who can address the staffing problem. I’ve always had good experiences here, and I’d hate to see customers start taking their business elsewhere because the employees simply don’t have the support they need to succeed.

  I had an amazing experience at Sheehy Nissan of Manassas thanks to Sayed Jowhary. From start to finish, Sayed was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of my questions, made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process, and never made me feel pressured. His professionalism and attention to detail really stood out, and he genuinely cared about helping me find the right car. The whole experience was smooth, stress-free, and honestly one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve had. I highly recommend working with Sayed Jowhary at Sheehy Nissan of Manassas if you’re looking for a new car—you won’t be disappointed!

  I’ve bought a few cars. I hate dealerships. Even when I’ve bought cars, I never left the dealership feeling great. It always takes way too long, the salespeople feel so fake. They push their additional products too hard. This was all until Sheehy Nissan of Manassas! Wow! Loved the whole experience. They were ready when we arrived. Car was ready for me to drive. Nabi our salesman made the experience for us. He was an excellent communicator. He delivered everything he promised and he did it quickly. We also had the fortune of working with Bob Schmiech, their finance director. He also was friendly and excellent. Presented options. I took some but not all. He was not pushy but presented everything very clearly. We drove an hour to get here. It was totally worth it! I’ve never had the pleasure of working with a salesman as friendly, considerate, and competent as Nabi. You should go to Sheehy Nissan in Manassas and you should ask for Nabi! Love it!

  After doing a bit of research, we went to Sheehy Nissan to look for a Frontier truck. We normally dread the whole process of going to a dealership to buy a vehicle but this time we were for a pleasant surprise! Mr. Sajid Walid was superb. His no-pressure approach and helpful attitude was very reassuring. He really wanted to make sure that we were happy with our purchase and made sure we have all the details to make an informed decision. There was no back and forth haggling because the price was just right. After we found our truck Mr Bob Schmiech took care of the rest of the process, again with a no pressure approach, with attention to detail and professionalism. We feel reassured that we are dealing with true professionals and not just salespeople trying to make another sale. I highly recommend Sheehy Nissan Manassas and Mr Walid and Mr Schmiech in particular. I believe we have made the right decision and that was a pleasant surprise.
