  Ulices (like the president) was extremely friendly and professional, replaced my cracked windshield on my 2021 camaro within an hour of arriving. I will recommend this company to anyone looking for auto glass repair, affordable as well, they drive right to your house!

  I brought my vehicle in for a windshield replacement and was notified that it was ready. However, when I attempted to drive away, I immediately discovered that none of my vehicle's safety features were functioning . I do not understand why my vehicle was released to me when the safety systems had not been verified as working properly. My car is 2025 trailblazer, a rock cracked the windshield, so I came to this location to have it fixed. I returned back to the location and reported the problem, I was informed that the windshield itself was defective and that a replacement would have to be ordered. As a result, I now have to return in a week for another windshield replacement, causing me to lose additional time and inconvenience. At no point did anyone apologize for the situation. What made the experience even more disappointing was my interaction with one of the employees. During our conversation, I said, "That's why you ask customers to pay first—so if you mess up, you've already got your money." His response was simply, "Correct." I found that response dismissive, unprofessional, and inappropriate given the seriousness of the situation. In addition, the waiting area was one of the dirtiest I have ever seen, which reflected poorly on the overall professionalism of the facility. Between installing a defective windshield, releasing my vehicle with inoperative safety features, requiring me to return for a second replacement, the lack of quality control, the absence of an apology, the employee's dismissive response, and the condition of the waiting area, this was an extremely disappointing experience. Customers trust Safelite to perform repairs that directly affect the safety of their vehicles. I expected much better attention to quality, communication, and customer service. $780 should be totally refunded.

  I've always went to Safelite. Maybe its the jingle on the commercial or maybe my prior visists. I had my glass replaced in Oct. 2025 and I recently noticed a defect on the windshield. Drove there made my appointment. The day of the appointment I was told that all the glass for my car was deemed defective. The glass that they were to install is also defective. Why wasn't I told that when I was serviced? It's deceiving. With insurance I paid $500 for a defective glass. So disappointed. Will never come back.

  My opinion may be biased bc the windshield repair on my car was a 2025 Honda civic which is the easiest repair/replacement. Regardless, the technician, Daniel, was very friendly and professional. Super knowledgeable too. It’s pretty cool to see the recalibration process being done outside of their shop. It’s good for business and will help the company become more successful than it already is.

  I recently had my vehicle serviced at the Safelite AutoGlass location in Manassas and had a generally positive experience. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and able to answer all of my questions thoroughly. The technician who worked on my vehicle was professional, efficient, and clearly took pride in providing quality service. My primary concern was the condition of the facility. The lobby and restroom appeared unclean, as if they had not been cleaned for quite some time. Additionally, the air conditioning wall units seemed to be struggling or in need of replacement. The lobby was extremely hot and humid, which made the wait uncomfortable. While the customer service and artistry were excellent, improving the facility's cleanliness and addressing the cooling issues would greatly enhance the overall customer experience.
