  The experience from HELL! tech comes to house gives wrong estimate orders wrong window. Scheduled the appointment wrong and had to drive truck with broken window to shop. Shop told me to pay extra money to take camper off did it and they still installed window wrong. Got there told my window battery was dead when the weather strips was horribly done and could not even open and close window. Was told wait two weeks when it was all improper install had to carry on to get them to fix the stripping so my window would work properly. Paid $128 extra paid more in overhead to have improper install and more problems. I will never be back.

  Do not go here!! I picked up my vehicle scratched, dented, and hit!! I dropped off my vehicle for a routine glass windshield repair. When I came to pick it up an hour later there were fresh scratch and dent marks on the rear drivers side. I spoke about it with the manager and the technician and they both denied any responsibility, they said there were no cameras on the property, and that they had no idea how that happened. It was clearly a fresh scratch because you can see and touch the fresh debris. DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL COSTS. SAVE YOURSELF.

  Went in for a simple free of charge small crack fix on windshield , front desk never verified with me where check was at and ended up telling repair guy the wrong spot . I overheard front desk lady telling this to guy which then told him that was not the crack I was worried about and he said ok . He proceeed to still fix the wrong spot then came back in to tell me he cracked the windshield beyond spot fix and I needed to pay $50 dollar deductible to replace whole windshield. That took about 1 week to get fixed and a few hours of my day without a car . I did get a new windshield but was out $50 bucks and time gone waiting for repair .

  Arrived early in the appointment window. Daniel was the technician. He was very courteous and professional. He explained the process and how long it took to replace the windshield. He completed the work within a couple of hours. Synchronized the cameras and safety system and installed the new wipers. Great experience and great service.

  If I could click 5 turds I would and I had to give 1 star just to post. This Manassas shop location had me show up for my appointment (I live far from them) and they didn't inform me that they didn't have my glass for a Model 3 available til next week. Frustrated, I asked "why didn't you contact me?" Manager said, "Well, we tried to call you yesterday". I showed them the automated message that said "You're all set for Saturday, drop off your vehicle..." , so I asked "why didn't you text me/email me or call me early this morning?" With no remorse or sincerity, Manager said, "Oh we don't do that, but we tried to call you yesterday" as if that absolves them of any responsibility. He says, "Our secretary makes hundreds of calls and doesn't have time". I said, "Pretend you are the customer and how would you like your response?" Indifferently, he asks, "You want to reschedule or not?" Wish I caught his name, but the manager is unprofessional, has no concept of customer service and a pathetic representative of this company. Thankfully, there are other windshield companies out there to go to. I do not recommend Safelite.
