  Went to get an oil change , very simple in and out. But about 1/2 mile after leaving it felt and sounded like my car was dragging something . Went back to jiffy Lube. They forgot to put back on the shield all the way? which is what the noise was. How is that even possible?!! A minor “apology” is what I received. I also got a hand written note from the supervisor that I can get $20 off my next oil change but we know that note won’t be accepted at other locations and let’s be real, I’ll never go back to this location. I now have to go get my car inspected because I fear there is damage. Lack of quality and lack of making things right is the reason for the low star.

  Not great service. Didnt vacuum car even though they said they did...wait was long even though there was nobody ahead of me. They were all standing around chatting. Didnt give me a printout of receipt because im not part of a big company? And a homelessman walked in and asked us for money started curing at us and techs just stood there laughing at guy curing at us. People at this location just dont seem to care....sad

  Edited to add: The franchise owner did speak to me via phone several times and said I should take the car to be repaired elsewhere and they would pay for the repairs. I scheduled a repair through the Hyundai dealership in Manassas and forwarded him the information. He said he would call in a payment directly so I would not have to wait for reimbursement. I had the repair done on 4/28 (2 months after the original damage) and now the franchise owner is ghosting me. It cost $682 total. I am a social worker and have student loan debt, and am extremely disappointed that I cannot even get a call back at this point, This is a lot of money for me to absorb so I am hoping by updating my review here I can actually get a response. I had a terrible experience at this location. On February 25 I went in to have my oil change and one of the technicians actually broke my driver side door handle. They ripped it right off the side of my car. I went in about a week later for a replacement and they had ordered the wrong handle. Two weeks later I go in again and they have yet again ordered the wrong handle. I have been driving without a driver side door handle for over a month. I’ve contacted corporate several times with no response. When I get in my car, I have to get in through the passenger side and crawl over the seat to drive my own vehicle. I’m probably going to have to pay for my car to get fixed on my own, which is a burden because I do not make tons of money.
