  Edit, further details: None of the four chargers were able to start a charging session. I tried all 4 because my charge was that low.

  I've been to this charging location several times, it's busier in the afternoon, emptier in the mornings. The chargers Clive and Caspar have been offline or uncooperative every time. Bubbles has worked fine for me the two times that charger was open. The nice, large, convenient store helps pass the time while charging.
