We had an outstanding experience at Ward Camp in Manassas, Virginia! Everyone we worked with went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.
Our salesperson, Martin, was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire buying process. George was also wonderful and took the time to answer our questions and help us every step of the way.
David in the service department was amazing. He helped us with parts and made sure everything we needed was taken care of. Tony did an excellent job walking us through our new RV, explaining all of the features, and showing us how to use everything with patience and care. We also want to thank Roger, the general manager, who was very kind, welcoming, and made sure we had a great experience.
What really impressed us was their customer service after the sale. We lost a part for our RV, and they replaced it at no charge. They also helped install something on our vehicle for free. That level of service is hard to find these days.
If you're looking for an RV dealership that truly cares about its customers, I highly recommend Ward Camp in Manassas. Their entire team is professional, friendly, and genuinely committed to helping their customers. Thank you all for making our RV buying experience such a positive one!

Just had a horrible experience at the CW. I was warned that they are bad but did not think it was all that. I wanted to sell my camper to them. They offered me a price I could live with although on the low end of what I researched and AI'ed. Fine. $28,200 it is. They need to inspect it. I drove 45 minutes for the inspection at 9:15 am. I was told it will be 90 min to 2 hours. After three hours I finally went back to them to ask how much longer. It took them another 20 min to get me the answer. Upon review they needed to "recondition" the camper. Nothing is wrong with it but it needs to be reconditioned for which they want $1500. I asked what part of the camper needs to be reconditioned - she was not sure but then said it was the mattress. There are no tears or stains or any issues with it. Yet, she claimed that by law they need to recondition it. What a BS. Beware that is just a bait and switch tactic and waiting is also their part of the tactic to wear you down. if you invested so much time into this then you will capitulate and agree to let it go. What an awful experience. I will never shop or go to this dealer again even if Camping World is the last place to buy RV hitch connection. Just to add insult to injury - they made me wait additional 25 min to get the trailer back finally after going back to the manager and still waiting I just left. So I suppose now they will need to bring the trailer to me. What a fiasco.

If you are in the market for a camper avoid this place at all cost! Its absolutely ridiculous. Have been put through the ringer about getting my tags for my camper for over two months now. Try to call the store and every single time I get ignored by managers and never receive a phone call back either. I have literally called every single day trying to speak to someone. Now I have a dead temporary tag on a camper that I cant even move. The Dmv says that camping world hasn't even filed for my tags. Its getting beyond ridiculous! Also will note that I have emailed as well with no reply.
