  So I recently went to a Camping World to put my 2021 Forest river travel trailer on consignment. The average estimated value of this travel trailer obviously depending on condition is between 9 and 15,000 without any upgrades.... mine had many upgrades to a tune of almost $5,000 of unique custom upgrades not sold in stores and it was in excellent condition with a couple of minor cosmetic issues and a broken fan which is all of you know maybe 15 minutes to replace in $100 at the most in parts and I was completely picked apart for almost $5,000 in repairs. Nothing was taken into consideration for all of the custom work that was done to it all of the upgrades and brand new power jack and new tires and batteries and the trailer was in great condition. I was offered a ridiculously low amount of money for it and the hours of Labor they charge to do minor repairs is absolutely insane... example 2 hours to replace a thermostat cover which takes all of 2 seconds to take off and put back on. The whole process was asinine ridiculous and I would never recommend anyone to any Camping World facility through experience I have come to understand that they are among the lowest tier of RV and travel trailer companies

  We had an extremely frustrating experience with this camping business and would not recommend it to families—especially those with young children. We arrived expecting a straightforward check-in, but ended up waiting over two hours for assistance. During that time, we checked in multiple times with staff (or attempted to), yet no one ever showed up to help us. There was no clear communication, no updates, and no sense of urgency from the business. What made the situation even more difficult was that we had three children under the age of four with us. Keeping toddlers comfortable and occupied for that long, especially after travel and in an unfamiliar outdoor setting, is incredibly challenging. The lack of support or acknowledgment from staff made an already stressful situation much worse. At a minimum, we expected basic organization and communication. Even a simple update or apology during the wait would have gone a long way. Instead, we were left feeling ignored and stranded. Overall, this experience showed a serious lack of reliability and customer care. We hope the business improves its staffing and communication, but based on our experience, do not go there—we would not return. Do not waste time, energy, or minutes of your life on this below average place!

  The. Worst. Service. Department. Ever. Buyer beware. Will never bring RV back Have had my RV for two months. No updates. Damaged it on premises.

  Started off great. Try to bring my camper here for consignment. Had everything set up for drop off. I got a cancellation email. I tried contacting the consignment department and couldn’t get a hold of anyone nor could I get a call back. Very frustrating!

  Took our money now no response to scheduling delivery/ pick up... run away if Jake ( sales boy, not close to being a respectable man) comes to talk to you....he's horrible at communicating and keeping his lies straight. Only person worth anything there was Tony in service, he did a great job during our walk through. Guess authorities will be called tomorrow.
