  My brother and I had to stop by this auto zone to get a new battery; as soon as we walked in the store we were greeted by Hannah! I asked her if they were able to replace our battery for us and she said yes first she needed to see if she's able to do it! Long and behold she took a look at it and she said MOST DEFINETLEY can change it! She was very knowledgeable in what she was doing and answered our questions! She delivered amazing customer service towards my brother and I. THANK YOU HANNAH!!! GOD BLESS YOU & YOUR HARD WORK!

  The one thing they’re very consistent on, but sadly is the 30 minute wait just to hang up on you. This store is poorly managed and staffed but corporate don’t really care about it. This is not a new issue but an ongoing issue.

  I want to send an shout out to Erick Jr. for his excellent assistance on helping de-attach my old blades and replace them with my new purchased blades. Thank you again for your helpful advice and service. I would recommend anyone who goes there to remember to ask for him, he is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

  I had an excellent experience working with Eric when he replaced the battery in my vehicle. From start to finish, he was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely enjoyable to do business with. He made what could have been a stressful situation a pleasant experience. I also mentioned another issue I had recently experienced with my vehicle, and Eric went above and beyond by performing a second test of the alternator to make sure everything was working properly and that I was good to go. I truly appreciate Eric’s exceptional customer service, expertise, and willingness to take the extra step to make sure I was taken care of. His knowledge and professionalism really stood out, and he was also a lot of fun to work with! Thank you, Eric, for providing such outstanding service. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for knowledgeable, professional, and customer-focused service.

  I paid an additional $8.00 for priority shipping with FedEx for my side mirror. Upon arrival I was told it was not delivered and that I will have to wait until Thursday or I could pick it up from the their facility in Fredericksburg!!! Bad customer service, no quality control, did not reimburse and stole my money. No empathy or sympathy, will NEVER buy anything from them especially with untrained staff.
