They literally would not return a box of four screws because they said the package had a crack in it. Went down the street to a smarter store and they refunded it.

She went above and beyond to help me even though it wasn't her issue to resolve. I recommend coming to this one if you had to choose between the Mathis and Sudley store.

The Warrenton store with excellent service did not have a car battery in stock but said the store in Sudley rd had one in stock. My husband and I drove to manassas, 30 min away and at store had poor service but finally purchased a battery with clueless employees. Then took it to our mechanic on other side of manassas 20 min away to then find out the battery THIS store sold us was COMPLETELY DEAD!!!! We took it to the Autozone on 28 to return and they confirmed we had just been sold a Dead battery. NOW we have to deal with this crap all over again, our mechanic is closed for the day and will have to waste our precious day time gas and $$ because of unethical and crap employees selling a bad product. Super disappointing

Signs of a bad car battery can range from the need for frequent jump starts, slow to start, cranks or clicks but won't start, dash lights work but the vehicle won't start, etc.

HOW DO BRAKES WORK?

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
