  Highly recommend! Jada goes above and beyond! Phenomenal customer service and support! If you need a rental this is the place to deal with! Hands down the best car rental experience ive ever had!

  Been a long time Enterprise customer, both corporate and personal. That relationship has been severed today due to the absolute mismanagement of the Enterprise rental car model. This is not a bashing of the Goochland location specifically, they are collateral damage from a broken corporate fulfillment model where Enterprise books vehicles, takes reservations, and then cannot deliver on the vehicles. I have now been left hanging with a confirmation number and no car. I hear this is the case across the Richmond region. I was told the regional manager was getting involved to help us find a vehicle. But guess what… no message, no call. They were worthless. Without a vehicle, there is no rental business. Thus I have no business left to do with Enterprise. Booking more vehicles than can be fulfilled is not right and puts drivers, families, accident victims, etc. in a perilous position of wasted time putting faith into this broken company model while a promised vehicle turns out to be a ghost ride.

  I use the Goochland Enterprise often and am always more than satisfied. Jada, the office manager, is efficient, friendly, and always goes all out to help her customers. Sean, who works there also, is always eager to help! I highly respect both of them, and value their assistance. I enjoy doing business with them, and I will continue to use this Enterprise location!
