  Don’t take your car there. They are incompetent and waste your time. They failed me for a rusted hole in the frame of my car. They showed me exactly where it was in order to fix it. I got the hole fixed, when I got back there, they told me that what I repaired was not even the frame and that they wouldn’t have failed it for that. Then they found different holes in a section on the opposite side of the car, that was not the frame, just connected to the frame and stated they had to fail it for that. Wasted my time, my money and shouldn’t be working on cars.

  I want to recognize Sebastian and Will at the Madison Heights Mr. Tire location for their outstanding customer service and professionalism. After dealing with an ongoing issue for over a month at other Mr. Tire locations, I brought my vehicle to Madison Heights hoping someone could finally figure out what was wrong. Within just a few minutes, Sebastian and Will identified the issue that had been repeatedly overlooked. They also confirmed that the service I paid for at the Fort Avenue location had not been completed correctly. I had purchased two new tires, and the new tires should have been installed on the rear tires and then rotated to the front while my existing front tires should have been rotated to the rear. Sebastian and Will verified that this was never done, and the Fort Ave location just changed my front tires despite being told that it had been. Their thorough inspection confirmed exactly why I was still experiencing the same tire issue. What stood out most was how they treated me throughout the process. They listened to my concerns, carefully inspected my vehicle, clearly explained their findings, and were honest and transparent every step of the way. After weeks of frustration, it was refreshing to work with people who genuinely cared about finding the problem instead of dismissing my concerns. Their honesty, attention to detail, and commitment to doing the job right are exactly what great customer service should look like. If you’re looking for knowledgeable technicians who take pride in their work and treat customers with respect, I highly recommend the Madison Heights location. Thank you both for turning a very frustrating experience into a positive one!

  Not only was the cost less than I thought it would be for new brake pads and done much faster than I was quoted elsewhere, the timing of getting everything checked out and changed was pretty fortunate as the next day my vehicle was in an accident that would have been terrible had the brakes not been brand new. So getting new brakes from here saved a couple of lives. I know that new brakes can be gotten anywhere but I'd recommend going here
