  Went in for tire installation and an alignment. First, they were able to get me next day service and I really appreciate that. The tires were installed and balanced just fine, even on my old beat up wheels. These guys have always been very friendly. Unfortunately, and I hate to say this and I also really don't want to give them a low star rating, as I have gone here off and on for 15 years or so for various services, but I am disappointed with the wheel alignment. I don't believe the steering wheel was locked at center before adjustments were made, or perhaps it was just eyeballed, because the steering wheel sits at about 1 o'clock in a straight line. The truck also pulls hard to the right. There is also now a new metallic clunking while turning left and right that changes tempo in sync with the vehicles speed. I will have to have the truck alignment serviced again immediately. This is just my recent experience and not at all representative of any previous services they have performed for my wife and I in the past, which have always been exceptional. This is the first time I've had an alignment turn out this way. Maybe the tech was in a time crunch or had alot going on simultaneously. Either way, I'm not happy with the alignment, itself. Again, they are always friendly and prompt, and this is the only time I have EVER had a less than satisfactory service at this location in well over a decade.

  My daughter had an issue 4 hrs from home. Tyler and Will inspected the car, gave a diagnosis and got her on her way. They were honest and fair when they had every opportunity to upcharge and fleece a young customer. Thank you both for putting a father's mind at ease and treating your customers the right way.

  I have used Mr. tire in Madison Heights on several occasions since moving to the area. Including tire, repairs and new tires. I have always been more than satisfied, Rivera race, service and professionalism. They have been able to work me into their schedule and help me out, I will definitely be going back when needed.

  Mr Tire ,Madison heights&Timberlake stores have been my go to for all my vehicles needs.Both shops are very courteous and explain all of the work to be done or services requested. Would definitely recommend Mr Tire for all your vehicles needs.
