  The service I just received this morning was absolutely unacceptable. When speaking with the employee I expressed that my truck had bugs on the grill and mud/dirt underneath. I paid for the $30 service and before going through the wash, the gentleman only pre-washed one side of my truck. After the wash, I spent an hour spraying and wiping my truck off. When I mentioned to the workers about the excessive amount of bugs and dirt/mud left on my truck. I was told, “sometimes you just have to use a little bit of elbow grease to clean everything.” Then in addition about the underneath, “The wash only cleans the bottom and nothing else.” I will not be returning to this car wash.

  This issue began when our account was unilaterally altered so that we were charged for only one active membership. My husband and I have each maintained a separate membership for our vehicles for over three years. When we initially enrolled, the cost was $15 per month per vehicle. That price later increased to $25 per month per vehicle—an increase we accepted at the time with the expectation that service quality would be maintained. Instead, the opposite occurred. Over that same period, the quality of the car wash consistently declined. Sprayers were frequently clogged, floor mat washers were removed altogether, and the vacuums were rarely fully operational. These issues became routine rather than occasional, reflecting a clear deterioration in service while costs increased substantially over a relatively short period. In April, without explanation or notice, we were charged for only one membership and informed that the second membership was no longer valid. When I sought assistance at the car wash location, I was told this could only be addressed by corporate. After contacting corporate support, I was assured an email would be sent to me and was also advised that downloading the app might resolve the issue. Neither occurred. No email was sent, and the app provided no resolution or meaningful information. When I called again to cancel both memberships, the representative was unable to explain why the second membership had been discontinued or why we were never offered the opportunity to retain a more reasonable pricing option—particularly a family or secondary-vehicle rate that would have reduced the overall cost. No explanation was provided, and no effort was made to correct or acknowledge the situation. Given the significant price increases, the sustained decline in service quality, and the lack of clear communication or accountability, we are extremely dissatisfied with both the service itself and how this matter was handled. This experience reflects poorly on the business overall and ultimately led us to cancel both memberships.
