  Came here for a quick wash an early Saturday morning.. Mr.Justin was the only one there at the time handling customers & starting washes.. He was very helpful & did it all with a smile.! You dont see great customer service like that often, it deserves to be recognized.!

  I have used this location for a while car wash is good only problem I have the vacuums are clogged up I've gone back a week later and the same one is still clogged does no one check them I usually un clogged them myself

  Not worth the price. Needed a quick car wash, and my regular spot doesn’t have any locations out here. The pay stations don’t work. The agent came out AFTER I’d tried to use it twice, to tell me it doesn’t work, so he would need to ring me up…. Why is there not a sign on them, and why want he already there when I pulled up? Aside from washing the pollen off my car, their system didn’t do much else. Admittedly, I got the $18 basic wash. The same agent pretreating my vehicle only got the front, driver, and rear sides. The bird poo on my passenger window was still there after the wash was complete. The dryer didn’t dry my vehicle. The vacuums were weak. There were no trash receptacles for me to use as I was cleaning out my car. I should have known something wasn’t right when, on a Saturday morning, I was the ONLY customer the entire time I was there…. I passed by about an hour later, and still no customers.

  Last week I came into zips just for a basic wash, and I was in a hurry, as I needed to be at a company event in about 30 minutes. The pretty young lady named McKenzie was ready to greet with a smile on her face at the pay station and informed me of the perks of upgrading to a higher level wash. Not only did McKenzie inform me of these perks I was unaware of, but she also informed me of the membership I could get. McKenzie knew I was in a hurry, but signed me up very quickly for the membership and made sure it happened in a timely process!! I look forward to coming back to this zips location with my new membership!

  Chastised for not purchasing with the employee and using the machine (when the employee wasn’t there). Said I wanted the basic and then charged me for the basic plus. Not a huge deal but definitely annoying to pull one over on a customer 🥲 be careful to make sure you’re getting the $12 basic if that’s what you want since you aren’t selecting it for yourself!
