- WWWhonkie2 days ago5.0professional and efficient. Right off the bat Nico, the manager greeted me and her employees guided me to place my truck in the proper position. After that, technician Cameron led me verbally through what they were accomplishing on my truck. Before I was done, within 15 minutes, the manager of the technicians, Shea, asked if everything was good to which I responded. Yes, A+.
- MAMichelle A4 days ago1.0Will never go back 150.00 for an i Oil change they lost the screw to my air filter and left it dangling and loose after Devon told me he was replacing it with a new screw. Horrible experience and to lie to someone's face over a mistake you could've fixed shows no regards for other people property.
- DHDavid HartmanOct 6, 20265.0This is the best customer service I have ever had at any automotive repair facility! Brandon, Jordan, Jack, Devon, and Devin were so professional, pleasant, and skilled. Their customer care, service, updates, process in informing of service items and strength in upselling and attention to detail starting with communication, safety, and working as a team are of the charts! The shop floor, walls, and environment were spotless.
