  I usually go here to get my oil changed but this time I had a bad experience. Almost a 3 hour wait time for something that should have taken 30 minutes. I know you all were busy but too much joking and playing around by employees.

  I've never been to a more caring place to have car service The whole staff exudes the professional and personable TRUE meaning of great customer service and teamwork. It's worth paying a bit more just for such a great experience each time I go there. I won't go anywhere else other than Valvoline unless it's not available. Lynchburg, Old Forest road..keep up the great work you do! Lexington, VA. has a great team as well and helped me greatly when I was traveling. Valvoline is consistent in caring!

  My wife had her regular oil change on her 2017 Jeep Cherokee done at Valvoline, we noticed after that, her Jeep kept running hot so we thought it was the coolant system. Took it to our regular mechanic only to find out the technician at Valvoline had over tightened the oil filter housing causing it to crack. the repair cost us $610 and Valvoline would not accept responsibility

  I came in to get VPS First Defense Fuel System Kit done, Shay WAS AMAZING. They were so professional and through. They answered all my of my questions and was so friendly. After the treatment, I started to have some issues on my way home. The engine light came on and I was having so much trouble accelerating and not able to get over 20 mph. I called the shop and spoke with Shay, I stated where I was and she came and met me, in the pouring rain!!! They brought the equipment with them and was so through. Unable to resolve it there, she followed me to the gas station to fill up. After that it worked great, she was there the whole time. Such a valuable asset! Shay is utterly amazing.

  On 6/17/2026 I returned to Valvoline for an oil level check. Come to find out it was time for an oil change. After waiting for the car in front of me to finally be done, my time for car maintenance had passed. The A1 Manager(Nikko), assured me that she would personally take care of my vehicle in 10 minutes, and she did. I am so appreciative of her professionalism, communication, courteousness, and hands on skills. Big shot out to Isaiah and Brandon also. Great leadership does produce a great team. Go Nikko
