Khamerhyn was so polite; he called me “ma’am” enough that my Yankee self started to feel like a real Southern lady! He explained each option to me without making me feel pressured, while also assuring that my tires were appropriately pressured. His teammates Jordan and Brandon were like auto shop fairies—THAT’S how quickly and sneakily and sparkly they the job done. Gotta take one star off because, upon review, a $20 service they offered me was just a fluid check, not an actual fluid replacement. They might have said that, but with all the information they give you, it can be hard to understand what exactly you’re being charged for. However, Khamerhyn was an absolute G for this budget-bond car-anti-guru. - Dawson’s boo 👻

Matt was my customer service representative and was very helpful and gave me options to my car’s needs without being too salesy. Cool machine they use to change the oil without needing to take the oil pan and plugs out! Definitely recommend them!

It was leafs, she dug many of them out of the fan area. With this knowledge I was able to clear all of the remaining leafs with an air compressor. Thanks you, see you in about 3000 miles ! 👍

One guy in particular started my engine when there was no oil in the car despite me having concerns about it and then another time was arguing loudly about which way my battery went in my car and was wrong and had to be corrected.
