Excellent Customer Service and the guy who oversaw my car being done checked oil level and went and put more oul in. Said sometimes with the filter it looks full but it wasnt. I felt wonderful that my car had been taken care by the Best and guys all gave 100% past closing time and over 100 degrees outside! THANK YOU VALVOLINE FOR HIRERING THE BEST HERE IN LYNCHBURG,VA.

The advertisement is “15 minutes or less” but recent visits have been at least 1.5 hours and a simple oil change takes at least 30 minutes once inside of the bay. Also, I have been disappointed to see that other cars are moved around in order of who arrived first until the employees decide to stop working and another car goes ahead of you. The person helping me today was very unprofessional and shared some personal information that is not appropriate for a workplace. Another thing, most workers are talking or standing around, making it all take longer. This (specific) location is not worth the time, so save it. I do hope that management can make the right changes.
