  prices are cheap and tires are good quality. but just a heads up, if you’re a woman & you go in by yourself THEY ARE GONNA TRY TO GET YOU TO PAY TO FIX SOMETHING THAT DOESNT NEED TO BE FIXED. i went in to get 4 new tires & my state inspection done and they told me, without the inspection guy looking at it, that my car would fail inspection due to my e-break not engaging. he said that they put it in reverse, pulled my e-break, and my car kept rolling. i told them to skip the inspection and just do my tires. as soon as i left i went straight to the mall and found a spot in the parking lot that wasn’t flat. put it in reverse, pulled the e-break, my car immediately stopped. no rolling. put it in neutral, same thing immediate stop. put it in drive, you guessed it, immediately stopped. it is such a shame that it is 2026 and women STILL cannot go into any auto shop and trust that they won’t be tricked into paying for something that they don’t need. you guys should be ashamed of yourselves…DO BETTER NTB!!!!!!!!

  I drove to Lynchburg to test drive a pre-owned car and Josh was amazing! He looked at all the major parts of the car to make sure it was in good shape and even gave me some advice on negotiating after determining it was good to buy. He was incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel really confident about making a bid on the car even though it ended up being too expensive in the end to commit to. Service was really quick as well and the lobby was clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend for anyone in the area!

  Took a leaking lawn tractor wheel to be fixed to NTB. They don't normally service lawn tractor tires. However, the manager quickly took the wheel and fixed the leak. Great helpfullness and service. I will be including NTB with next tire search.

  Absolutely fantastic the best service in town. I own several vehicles and I have been to a lot of different shops all over town…..and tTerry and the guys are by far the best!!!! they are fair. They are honest they are on time and they have a great sense for detail highly recommend.

  Great service, friendly and helpful staff. They were knowledgeable and got me in quickly for an appointment and they did the job quickly and efficiently. Would recommend them.
