- TTThe3BMar 22, 20261.0Had to return a perfectly good car because National claimed it had an "issue." Swapped it for a replacement that was objectively worse—bouncing tires and terrible handling. Spent my own time and gas to help them out, only to be given an unsafe car and zero compensation for the trouble. Extremely disappointed in the lack of accountability.

They will not tell you that there are no cars. you just will show up and there will be nothing there... Why have a reservation system? i have no idea because it gives people a false sense of having something that they in fact do not have.
