  The manager behind the desk was the rudest person, kept cutting me off when I tried to speak, he was demeaning too. Both my adult sons had same experience. Apparently, there have been multiple complaints/bad reviews about him going back 6 years so obviously corporate doesn't care. Their responses that they will address it are obviously bs because the guy is still there continuing to treat customers with disrespect. I'm sure he laughs when he gets a complaint. If there is no consequence, why should he change? I will never go to Mr. Tire again nor will my family.

  Stopped in to check air in tire before a road trip. Found out I needed two tires. I was super pleased with the price, the service and the professionalism. As always, super pleased with their service.

  I was trying to get to work early in the morning and had a tire that I thought just needed air. I went to Mr. Tire and they took me right away and told me I had a nail in my tire. They fixed it within a few minutes and had me on my way to work. The best part was that the manager sat and talked with me and another customer like we were family and made us both feel like we had known each other for years! I will be going there for all my tire needs!

  So I went here for an oil change. It took over 6 1/2 hours all because they broke my plug to my oil pan and couldn’t find one after they got another one and broke that one trying to put it in and got mad at me and told me that they might be sending my vehicle home on a flatbed if they couldn’t get it fixed they were very rude unprofessional got smart with me and my uncle multiple times. One of the mechanics sat there and wanted to give me my car back as is he said so I replied how are you to do that when you broke my oil pan plug that’s when they brought up the dam flatbed truck and having my vehicle towed and charging me for it at that I went there super early should’ve only took 15 to 30 minutes and took almost over seven hours. I recommend no one ever going here. This is by far the worst place I’ve ever been to I want my money back that they charged me because now my vehicle doesn’t even run the same and that damn plug leaks that they put in my car. This is the worst and horrible experience someone could go through and I also miss my daughter‘s appointment because they couldn’t do their job, right if I could give no stars, I definitely would

  First, the one star rating is not for this location, because Victor and all the rest of the employees there are great! However, corporate has really dropped the ball with their decision to farm out the "Guest Care Agent" work elsewhere. If you call the Lynchburg number to make an appointment or inquiry for this store, you end up speaking with people in another country who don't seem to care. I called the number on Saturday morning to inquire about getting a state inspection done. The agent assured me that this store was doing state inspections on Saturday, and that all I needed to do was drive there. Imagine my surprise when I drove the 11 miles to the store only to be told by the actual store employees that inspections were performed Monday thru Friday. To make matters worst, when I called the care agent center back to complain, I was told that they did not accept complaints at that location and that I would have to call yet another center elsewhere. They weren't even able to transfer me to them! So I called the "complaint line" as the "care agent" instructed and was forced to leave a message with a request for callback, which to date, I still have not received. I also emailed corporate through the Mr. Tire website with my concern and requested someone contact me but to no avail. Bottom line for me is that corporate does not care about its local employees or desire loyal repeat customers. If not for the friendliness and professionalism of the people I met in-person at the store, I would have taken my business elsewhere.
