  Owner is rude as can be. Never went over what i was being charged and why. I paid an extra 125.00 for something that did not need to be done. I'll stay far away from mr tire and so will all my 32 family members.

  I didn't wake up this Monday expecting to have my day made at the tire shop. But it was. After a dangerously low tire, causing me to miss a different appointment today, I went to get my tire fixed in kind of a grumpy mood. Well, customer service was incredible. And I left after just a short visit and a working tire with a way better day! Life is full of sweet surprises. Highly recommend this place.

  Called and was told they can get me in for a state inspection today. Got there and was told they don't do inspections on the weekend.

  Phil was amazing! I was out of the area and had a flat tire the night before. Phil got me in right away on a Sunday replaced my tires, did a 4 wheel alignment tires are great! Appreciated the communication from start to finish and felt I was valued as a customer. Thanks Phil enjoyed talking to you, and service was 10/10!

  So this review is a little late!😬 BUT… A HUGE shout out to Victor who “single-handily” SAVED my day when I came into Mr. Tire a few weeks ago at like 5:45pm on a Saturday!🤦🏻‍♀️ (Yes, I was “that” woman!😣). So, I am from Iowa and had made the trip to Lynchburg for my son’s college graduation without realizing that my tires had literally NO tread left on them!!! Someone pointed it out to me (thank God!) before I headed back to Iowa but by that time it was late…I NEEDED new tires or I wasn’t going anywhere!😣 I had had such a rough day (long story!) and then the tire issue…I was literally almost in tears when I showed up there- because I “just knew” I was going to be turned away….(and I NEEDED to get back to Iowa by the next afternoon!). But THEN… “VICTOR”🙏🏼 what a Godsend! God bless that man! He had just sent all of his guys home except for one because they hadn’t been busy …and that guy’s ride was coming to pick him up🤦🏻‍♀️ Victor told that guy to pull my car in and he was going to change the tires himself 🥲 And…HE DID! And put on new tire sensors as well! I can’t thank him enough! I tried to tip him but he wouldn’t even accept it! What a GREAT guy! We NEED more people like him in this world!!!❤️ Thank you Victor!!!!
