- KKKevin Krantz2 days ago3.0Went in for a tire/wheel swap, balance and alignment. Very good appointment system and very accommodating. Saturday hours were helpful! The Service and price was fine. The issue that was bothersome was that I had to have the arm rest upholstery cleaned as the Tech failed to clean his hands prior to moving the vehicle out of the bay and left grease on the upholstery.

- BCbrenda crossMay 5, 20265.0At 6:30 p.m. we had a blowout. For 30 minutes, we made phone calls trying to find a specific low profile tire. We HAD to get it changed and on the car by 8:30 a.m. the next day or we would miss our flight the next day. We found one 30 minutes toward the airport, and Mr Tire 5 minutes away from my grandson's and our way to the airport. Both only had one tire. We chose this place entirely due to Larry's quiet, helpful understanding of our issue and his promise to help. Although his tire crew was not scheduled to come in until 8:30, he advised us to be there by 8:00 and he would do his best to get us on the road by 8:30. Larry was a pleasant man, who I think is the manager. They changed the tire and checked the other three. By 8:20, we were out the door. We highly recommend Mr. Tire on Timberlake Rd. My grandson will be ordering more tires from Larry. Right now, we are breathing easier and beatfeeting our way to the airport! .
