- KKKelly4 days ago1.0Had an appt. Today at 12. Went to the timberlake rd garage. They stated they didn't have time to see me now. I complained to the NO customer service. Please beware
- OHOlivia Henderson5 days ago3.0My 2018 Ford Edge was towed to the shop. I was told the alternator was bad and as a result the battery was also bad. I told them the air conditioner had stopped working and my driver side front tire sensor was not working. When I picked it up the next day it was running good again and I’m grateful but the air conditioner was still not working in 100 degrees heat. And the tire sensor hadn’t been addressed. I was told the light would go off by itself because nothing was wrong with it. Not true! Still on after 3 days! And I was charged for 3 AC services: 1 basic and 2 full plus 2 dye packs and was told that my air was working when they checked it. Then on Monday when I came back in I was told that the compressor was bad and they knew that on Friday! So after paying $2200+ on Friday, I was told I need to pay an additional $1000+ to get my air conditioner fixed. So since I have no money for this right now I’m riding in a HOT vehicle in July 2026!!! Not happy!!
- LLLewis5 days ago5.0Tried charging me disposal for tires I took back myself. Service was done Thursday woke up Sunday with a flat tire...they never replaced valve stems they charged me for and it was cracked and leaking. Going by after work and demanding to be replaced. I need to update my review...i returned and explained what was wrong and I got im so sorry sir we will fix it right away. Pulled my truck in immediately and repaired it swiftly.

My tire was almost FLAT by the time I noticed the valve to my tire was missing and these wonderful men here at Mr.Tire took care of me right away. From now on this is where I’ll take my business. Thank you so much Larry for welcoming me and my daughter and assuring me everything will be ok. You’re awesome!
