  Love the business as they are helpful however I’m disappointed that I have to wait a hour or some cases day if the manager is off as he is the only one claimed by employees that can handle warranty repairs . Smart business move would to train all employees to run a warranty claim to improve customer experience and wait times that lead to frustration. After three hours and no show from manager still after calling the owner company Monroe they got it fixed on them and apologized , while this resolved my issue it left a impact to the value of the company to me and my colleagues

  While traveling, one tire acquired a bolt and needed to be replaced. Luckily a Mr Tire was nearby. They were too busy to squeeze me in at the end of the day but sent me to another one of their locations that could. Fortunately, they had the Michelin Cross Climate in stock and soon had me on my way. They even set the pressure to exactly match the other front tire. This may seem insignificant, but is a rare courtesy nowadays that I greatly appreciated. This was my first experience with Mr Tire, but will now use them in my area whenever I need tire service.

  The manager Zach went above and beyond explaining what work needed to be done. He went over my options with me and allowed me to plan and come back. My car was all fixed up and able to pass inspection after the work!!

  I was not happy or satisfied with my trie rotation. I took me three times until they got it right. And the only way they got it right was when I ask for my money back. If they would have done it right the first time I would have known that something was wrong with my rim. So no I'm not happy or satisfied.

  I was am new to the area, wife had said her car was acting funny. One of the warning lights was coming on. Told her take it to auto zone to have them check it out. Pulled into the place and car pretty much stopped working. Arrange Mr Tire to check the problem, it's the alternator. Have them schedule it. They give me a time it should be done. Next day, no call or information, finally call them, or show up. Parts store sent the wrong part. I understand, not the shop's fault, but don't appreciate the lack of communication. This place has a huge communication problem. I had to show up each time to figure out what was going on. Someone, manager, mechanic;] I don't know who backed my wife's car into a light pole. I've been told they're ordering the part. But after 3+ weeks, I finally called. Oh. It's on back order. I'd avoid this place like the plague, until they figure out what a phone is and learn how to use one!
