  If I can give 0 star review on this location Enterprise Car, want to give zero. The guy named 'Chris' he said he is the manager. I told him the vehicle has electric issues which is dash board and the navigation board, they are on and off. It is very safty issues on the vehicle. Therefore, requested to get new vehicle and he said there is no vehicle. So, I said if happen a accident, who will has the responsibility of the damage and my whole family's life? He said Enterprise will pay for it. Wow!! Is Enterprise Rental Car company playing with customers life? Are you joking? Enterprise Rental Car is doing business don't care about customers life? Also, other employees are talking to other customers about my complain. And laughing each other. I felt like very uncomfortable. This is the most uncomfortable and unprofessional customer service in my life. If main office or CEO of Enterprise Rent Car see this note, please fire the manager, Chris ( @ Lynchburg Airport Enterprise Rental Car) and The employees. It was very much unsatisfied customer service!

  Rented a van 2 weeks before my family vacation, called the day prior to confirm vehicle would be available and was told "yes your reservation is confirmed and your vehicle is on the lot". Get to the lot to pick it up and guess what... NO VEHICLE!! The guy there said it hadn't been returned and he didn't know when it would be. I called all the other locations and rental companies from Roanoke to Charlottesville and noone had a vehicle available because they "were all booked up for mothers day weekend". And to make it all better... Called corporate but haven't heard anything other than they would reach out to a manager.... Vacation almost completely ruined. Half of my crew had to fly down while the other half drove a smaller vehicle for 15 hours. No group things could be done while away unless within walking distance. WILL NOT RETURN TO ENTERPRISE AS A CUSTOMER

  Something really important to know. Your reservation means nothing. Literally nothing. The system does not talk to this location. you may get a call hours before you pick-up time saying they cant fill your reservation, if someone good is working there. Why have a reservation system? i have no idea because it gives people a false sense of having something that they in fact do not have.

  I had my car rented ,had confirmation, and everything was good to go. Was going to be there before they closed at 12 AM to pick the vehicle up and they called me hours after my reservation was made to say nobody would be there. Update your hours or honor them… worthless.
