I made a reservation online. The next morning put in my CC and license information, as prompted by an email. Received several emails of confirmation. Morning of reservation, they called me and said they have no cars. No cars in a 50 mile radius. I wonder why they set me up believing I was renting a car today, and took my CC#, etc..? They said it is their policy.

Reserved a car, received multiple confirmation messages, and checked in for my rental. Then when I arrived to pick up, they told me they didn’t have a car for me. They did not bother to text, email, or call to let me know. They waited till I arrived to tell me. There were multiple vehicles available in the lot, but they refused to give me any. When I asked why not, they said they were already reserved. I asked why those reservations were more important than mine, and he didn’t have an answer. So if you choose to reserve a car here, just know they may not have a car for you.
