- KGKrista GoodmanApr 22, 20261.0If I could give this location a 0/10 do not recommend I would so do it. When I was put in my rental car the employee was very pushy and was in a hurry. I had my two small children with me. The employee stated that I had to have the insurance through enterprise and made me sign it. I found out later that I did not need to do that. They charged me over 400.00 in 10 days. Then at the end of my rental they charged me 180.00. No notice or heads up about the charges. I reached out to corporate and the location several times after returning my rental, never answered phone calls and never returned the calls. I will definitely be using a different company the next go round.
