  I have been using enterprise rent a car for years and there is a reason: 5 stars on all categories! Multiple locations to choose from, nice friendly staff, good rates and the cars are serviced properly inside and out. They go the extra mile for you! And there are discounts so look for those too!

  This is the absolute best location, I have been renting here for years, I am always taken care of , I get great vehicles , and if there is an issue, This location will make it right and take care of you. Best customer service from everyone I talked to in the building. Thank you so much

  My truck broke down in Lynchburg, VA, and I rented a car from the local Enterprise. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and helpful. I needed to return the vehicle to a different location and ran into some issues, so I called the Lynchburg branch. Branch Manager Charlie Van Voorhis and Area Manager Tiyani Hutchinson went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Their professionalism, communication, and willingness to help turned a stressful situation into a great customer service experience.
