  My expectations have always been exceeded and the experience has always been that they are very professional, courteous and meet any needs that I have. I appreciate them always helping me with all of the questions that I have regarding vehicles etc. And and helping me when I have extenuating circumstances that needs their help. I have always had a great experience with this company

  My experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. On the very first day of my rental, the undercarriage of the vehicle came loose, making the car unsafe to drive and requiring it to be towed. This was not a minor inconvenience—it completely disrupted my trip. After the vehicle was towed, I was told Enterprise would contact me regarding a replacement vehicle. I never received a call, update, or any assistance. As a result, I was left stranded more than four hours from home with no transportation and no support from Enterprise. I ultimately had to make my own arrangements and rent a vehicle from Avis just to get home. This experience demonstrated a complete lack of communication and customer service during a situation where I needed help the most. I expected Enterprise to resolve the issue promptly, but instead I was left to handle everything myself. I am extremely dissatisfied with how this situation was handled.

  Great experience!! The person at the counter was kind and helpful with every question I had. The car was way better than I could have expected. It was clean and smelled nice when I picked it up. It even had drive assist to help me on my road trip! Returning it was really simple and took no time. And the same worker was there to drop off the keys. He asked about the trip and remembered me. He even asked if I wanted anything while I waited for my ride and got me coffee! Fyi, keep in mind there is a $300 deposit that they give back when you return.

  I recently turned a car in I left my wallet realized after dropping the keys in lock box, go to get it very next morning 700 taken out of my wallet! I hace contacted corporate also making a police report what a terrible group of people that would just steal! Mind you I been renting with them for the past 4 months faithfully and no I shouldn’t have left it but they should have employed people that are trustworthy, I wont stop I plan to have bbb included and people held accountable! Protocol says all value items straight to lost and found and it went thru 4 different people! Yall need to do better

  I just had the worst experience ever with this company I was under the impression that the vehicle I select Five months prior would’ve been available… I just called today to verify my reservation. one of the service rep informed me last minute that no vehicle Was available that fits the capacity of seven He said that they tried to call me, but I never received a call
