  I rented a car here thru insurance. The staff was very helpful, and friendly. They explained everything, and made the entire process so smooth! Thank you, and I will recommend you guys to anyone !! 😊😊

  Unfortunately I had a very negative experience with this location yesterday 8/25. My vehicle is being repaired at Laslie’s old forest road and I requested a rental through state farm insurance, who is covering the case for client who hit my vehicle. They then reached out to enterprise to get me set up with a car, so I had nothing to do with which location reached out to me. I received a call from this wards road location in which I was told I could come to get a car from them yesterday, I was aware there was a location beside the car shop but I figured they may not have any available cars because I have run into that issue before. So I came to this location and had someone go out of their way to drive me there, just to be told I have to go to the old forest location due to the fact that my car was being fixed at Laslie’s so this was just a waste of time. Even though this location called me, I asked if I could just get a car since I’m already here and had someone drive me out (which was not close BTW) and was told no that I have to go to the other one, even though in my eyes, this location was at fault for this misunderstanding. The lady at the desk also replied in a very rude tone to that “well we can have one of our drivers take you.” Which wasn’t necessary because I already had someone there who went out of their way to drive me just to turn around and go to another location. The lady who I spoke to on the phone was also there in the back and also just said “oh thats my bad” and snickered to her coworker, not even to me the customer when she realized she had been the one who told me to come there. At no point was there any sort of apology for the inconvenience or accountability that this was their mistake. I am very disappointed and hope I never have to work with this location again. It seems they could work on their customer service skills a bit. I also don’t understand why the location matters. It’s all the same company, enterprise. She said that I needed to go there because Laslie’s usually works with enterprise however since this entire situation is being dealt with through insurance, that should not be a factor because Laslie’s and enterprise should not even have to communicate with each other on this matter. My car had been at Laslie’s for 2 weeks already and I didn’t have a rental, so as far as they know I could have not even had the rental the entire time of repair.

  Be aware of your belongings one of their car cleaning persons will steal after you drop your car off and will act like nothing happened! Truly disappointing after spending all that money on a rental car that something grimey like this would happen.

  I had a great experience with Enterprise on Wards Road! This was my first time renting a car, so I honestly thought it was going to be harder than it was, but everything went so smoothly from picking up the car to returning it. The workers were very nice, helpful, and professional throughout the whole process. They made everything easy and stress-free. I really appreciate the great customer service and would definitely rent from them again!
