It was pouring rain outside and my wipers were shot, creating very poor visibility, so I stopped at this location and got a set of wiper blades. The gentleman there went out in the POURING rain and installed them himself. I don't know his name but he wears his hair long. He's actually waited on me another time before and was super nice and helpful that time as well. There was another gentleman that helped assist me with the wiper blades purchase, he was also super nice and helpful. Everyone in the store was so kind to me today. I can't say enough good things about this place and their employees. They go above and beyond. Thank you guys so much for the amazing service!

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
