  They called me to come pick up my truck I was supposed to get two tires and wheel alignment they hadn’t done the alignment when I got there had stay and wait another twenty minutes only for the salesman to say they couldn’t do it they were more worried about things I didn’t ask for then what I asked for don’t go there if you don’t have a brand new car

  ****READ ALL. THIS POST HAS BEEN REVISED**** Lazy greedy folks, said in order for them to do an alignment i would need a full diagnostic (MORE MONEY). Complained about a power steering steering leak that i was having repaired the same day, just by a different shop. Complained about the wheel dragging, (what the heck you think the alignment is for?) Just had a bunch of front suspension done and I just wanted the them to do a front wheel alignment and that's it. They refused. Also said my rearward lateral link was shot and couldn't be adjusted , come to find out they the lateral links were in great shape. Then tried to make me pay $24 for no work done. They suck. The independent shop down the road did it for me in under an hour, cheaper then $189 and the vehicle drives great! --------------------------------------- Manager did reach out and express great concern. Much obliged I'll update my rating to 4 stars for great customer service and genuine empathy about my experience. Not alot of business management teams have this quality.

  I had a great experience at NTB getting my tire alignment done. The staff was professional, explained everything clearly, and got the job done quickly. My car drives much smoother now, and the pricing was fair. I definitely recommend them if you need a reliable alignment service.

  Customer BEWARE! I recently sent my son out to get a oil change and alignment, had told him to expect spending $200. He decided on the NTB location in Lorton,VA. He was given a quote of $260 that I felt was high however I wanted my son to handle this on his own, so I agreed to for him to get the job done. They came back telling him he would need upper control arms on the rear before they could do alignment, older, high mileage vehicle I understood the issue, then it got crazy. They told him the replacement arms would be an additional $600, I told my son he should cancel the alignment. Which to ntb was fine, until he got his car back with a $160 oil change cost. Could have gone to a dealership for less than $100. But I can only hope my son has learned a live and learn experience. Oh yeah the replacement parts from Rock Auto were less than $50 each, so I guess they figured about $500 in additional labor? Parents Beware of sending anyone there who could be taken advantage of. Maybe oil is now $20 a qt, plus $60 additional labor, I could be totally wrong
