  Customer service is beyond terrible at this location and is reflective by the manager Bruce with his lack of accountability. Arrived on site Monday, 7/20 to have a tire repaired and was informed that a replacement was required due to the location of the nail in the thread and that the tire would arrive on 7/21. Due to travel, I informed the manager that I would not be able to return until Saturday for the service in which he documented those details on my receipt (image attached). After returning home, I returned to the location to have the tire replaced. Bruce took my vehicle and stated they would take care of it right away. After sitting for over 40 minutes, he proceeds to inform me that the tire had not arrived and the system is showing a Monday delivery. I inquired why it took so long to communicate those details and his response was "they were looking for your tire". Why does it take 40+ mins to look in your system to show that an order hasn't arrived? I then requested a refund and indicated that I would have the services completed else where. To make the situation worse, while Bruce was speaking to another representative on the phone to cancel the order, he then proceeds to make light of the matter by stating "this isn't my first rodeo". My advice, avoid this location if you're looking to receive professional services.

  Charged for nothing. Went in for a 4 wheel alignment. Told within 10 minutes my tierod was seized and they could not do alignment but wanted to upsell me on brakes Etc. charged for alignment check that I did not request. No printout of toe and camber received so how did they check the alignment. (I wanted an alignment not a check, I know my alignment was off because I got new tires installed at Costco)Went to VA tire and Auto had 4 wheel alignment done in an hour(no mention of seized tie-rod, or maybe they just do the job they were hired for)This place is full of BS, will never go back to NTB

  Was seen on July 15, 2026. Edwin and his crew took care of a problem other previous mechanics couldn’t. They also made me aware of other useful things to keep in mind about my car. They helped med plenty and i def recommend them. Thank you guys, keep up the great work.

  Update: they provided great customer service and remedied the situation. Not ideal, but appreciate them fixing it without argument the next morning. Went to have a tire replaced today because I had a screw in my back right tire. They replaced the back two tires and sent me on my way. They put the damaged tire back on the front of my car. As seen in the photos, it's the same exact screw in the same exact place, just in a new spot. Heading back first thing tomorrow to attempt to get this resolved.

  Worked easily with Both Edwin and Bruce to correct a Frontend Alignment issue caused by another NTB Shop. My early Morning Appt was very timely and the work needed to correct the Frontend Alignment issue previously caused was quickly resolved (Approximately 1-hour of work); Interesting that the previous NTB shop was unable to correct the issue they caused (/perhaps inexperienced). Although, the previous NTB shop did state their inability to resolve the Frontend Alignment issue they caused, they did Recommend the NTB Lorton Shop would be better-equipped (had more experienced Technicians). Thanks to Edwin, Bruce, and Team NTB Lorton for your Professionalism, Experienced Technicians to get my vehicle back into its Performance Profile. THANK YOU!!!
