  Gave me a inspection rejection for my tire tread being 4/3s when the legal limit is 2/32. Are evading my requests for the itemized invoice they are required by law to provide for a separate service where they replaced two of my tires and brake pads. They also underreported my mileage by about 60,000 miles because they looked at "trip b" rather than the actual mileage. Carless.

  very happy with my experience it was a good thing they they checked both air filters because they had been neglected.

  I had a great experience with the service here. We originally came in for an oil change, but suddenly our air conditioning stopped working properly. Jonathan was extremely helpful and took the time to check the issue and help us fix it. We really appreciate his excellent customer service and willingness to help. Thank you, Jonathan!

  The employees and staff at valvoline instant oil change center went above and beyond to help my husband & I. We noticed a bad tire and was concerned it would blow as we had to travel up I81. We called them and they were so nice and helpful. They had a tire… but after inspecting the other tires we definitely had issues. They got us four new tires and put them on our camper. The employee Chad was absolutely looking out for our safety. We are so grateful and thankful we found a business that put our needs and safety first! Thank you for caring and getting us back on the road to our camping adventure!
