  The staff is extremely knowledgeable and their customer service skills are superb. The entire team is phenomenal, honestly. From the guys in the back that keep the cars clean to the front office staff. Shout out to Omar and Cami. I appreciate your patience and kindness.

  ABSOLUTELY the WORST experience in my life!!! The call center that books the reservation LIED TO ME about available vehicles, after my original reservation was canceled and I traveled two hours OUT OF MY WAY, back to original office!! My only grandson is about graduate basic training in Georgia, and because of Enterprise, I'm going to be late.

  I reserved a sedan online, and my secretary confirmed it with the store. I drove 5 hours, arrived, and was told they didn't have any cars available, only an enormous and extremely uncomfortable 15-passenger van. My knees were against the dash so I had to return it. They refused to refund my money, and said there weren't any cars available, even though the lot was full of cars. DO NOT USE THIS STORE if you are counting on the vehicle actually being there when you arrive. Also, the guy in front of me was left stranded on a highway in the middle of nowhere with a car HE had just got from them. Terrible location, poor service, trash vehicles. Use another company if you're near Lexington, Virginia.

  They gave me a gas guzzler then said id be refunded the money for any extra gas I returned it with....twice. then when I called to ask the update I was told the worker was new and made a mistake and all they can do is give me $35 off my next rental. This does me no good at all. Either insurance or AAA pays for my rentals so im just screwed out of money and they get free gas. I almost feel scammed.

  I was overcharged. The elusive "escalation dept" didn't escalate nothing despite assuring me it would be handled. One week rental ended up costing me $1,200. NEVER AGAIN. I rent for work weekly and had to pick up in a different city bc enterprise is the only local option. So I went elsewhere. Don't go to Lexington, va enterprise. They left me on hold for 40 min and called back and hung up on me bc they wouldn't help. I did this 3 times until I called corp. Still no resolution. Just left me w no car and no money to rent another until I got paid again. Total mess.
