  Last few times I have requested through Engencia and paid for a full size car only to receive a "standard" . Barely enough room for the the luggage required to take for the length of stay nor comfortable for my height. This last trip, I ended up with 2 VW Jetta... 1st with only 12k miles on it and it goes into limp mode on I 270 (5 lanes) of traffic. Make it finally to another Enterprise to be told no cars and I could try next town. So my reply was, the EPC , SOS and Hazard lights are on and according to online the car goes into limp mode to help reduce major damage to motor. So I asked them to sign a waiver releasing me of liability if damage happened and to state they were ok with putting me back on the 60-70 mph stretch in a vehicle that would not go over 2k RPMS. Low and behold they found another rental. Another VW Jetta , BUT the seat was broke and could not be moved back. I said I'd take it. I had to sign paperwork saying I would not smoke in this car, and there were 2 stickers at the radio as a reminder. I dont smoke so definitely appreciated a no smoking car. Only to get in and the car reeked of weed. Im assuming thats ok or person got 'fined" for the weed smoking in the car. I rent cars all the time for work. Upon the first rental of this trip the first car I got into the car looked as those it was rented to 4 mechanics ...I declined that care and moved to the first Jetta... it too was absolutely filthy but on outside ...I was told that they didn't spend a lot of time on them since a gas station was being built about 1000 yards up the road . Mind u its ALL paved now. The car was fairly dirty on the outside but door jams and floor looked like hasnt been touched in several many rentals. The employee never offered to have it wiped cleaned just basically laughed it off. Not sure what has happened to Enterprise the last few years but I sure wish they had some competition in my home town. By the way the second rental Enterprise, the employees were getting a mouth full from a customer who had reserved a car for a family beach trip Again they had no cars. The final Enterprise the worker told me he was over booked for two vans for that same day and he didnt know what he was gonna do. Not all this is on the guys and gals working in the local shops, Enterprise itself needs to step up and have vehicles and by all means set standards for their employees. I do appreciate most experiences I have had with Enterprise until last few years.

  They were helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to help me when I ended with 2 claims on my car. Ì love the car they rented me.

  They had the vehicle I was to rent pick me up so I could come rent it. The driver was awesome the staff was amazing. Great rental experience
