  Highly satisfied and impressed with the entire crew. All of the gentleman that were working when I arrived greeted me with care, value, and respect. Coming from a person who’s out of state, I am speechless! I was well taken care of, and will return in the future. The entire crew deserves a bonus. God Bless! :) ……. (P.S) I got an oil change and my car is running smoother than ever. Way to go!!

  I got a signature oil change done and I really enjoyed the experience of sitting in the car and seeing everything that the technicians were doing! They were all super friendly and very helpful!

  Great experience at the Valvoline Instant Oil Change at Compass Creek! The entire process was quick, easy, and professional. A special shout-out to Emmanuel, who provided outstanding service. He was extremely friendly, welcoming, and professional, and made the whole experience enjoyable. It’s always nice to deal with someone who clearly cares about providing great customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location for future oil changes. Highly recommend!

  Amazing job by Anthony and Robbie on getting my last minute oil change done using my own filter and oil. Didn't feel rushed or pressured into getting additional services for my vehicles. The process was very quick and efficient along with quality customer service. Highly recommend this location and will be coming back in the near future!

  I’ve been loyal to Valvoline for years because of their great service and complimentary top offs when in a pinch, I came to Valvoline in Leesburg for a coolant top off and was told their management doesn’t comply with that standard and charges for all services and top offs. In addition the service tech tried to sell me on more services before even popping the hood open when I was very clear and to the point that I just needed a coolant top off. Safe to say because of this location alone I’m writing off Valvoline for the unforeseeable future.
