  I feel like I found a hidden gem for quick and painless oil changes. Emmanuel was wonderful. He went over the suggested list of services without being condescending or pushy. No wait for my oil change, didn’t even have to get out of my car. Highly recommend.

  They tried to sell me on automatic transmission fluid for $220 (then $200 after I hesitated). I said OK and then they afterwards told me they couldn’t do it on my 2021 Chrysler Pacifica. I asked AI about it and was told I should decline the service and it is something complicated that a chain oil change place should not handle. The oil change was great and smooth but the upsell and miscommunication on the other fluid change is disappointing.

  I had an absolutely excellent experience at this Valvoline location! The entire team was incredibly professional, polite, and efficient from the moment I drove up. They got me in and out in under 15 minutes without me ever having to step foot out of my car (and there was only one car there when I pulled up). What I appreciated most was their honesty—they walked me through their standard safety checks and fluid recommendations, but there was absolutely no high-pressure upselling. They just gave me the facts and let me decide. The service was fast, thorough, and the technicians were exceptionally friendly. I will definitely be coming back here for my next oil change! Highly recommend this location! Note: it look me longer to eat my Chipotle than the entire time it took to get the oil change. 😄

  I’m a bit reticent about leaving a glowing review for these fellas, cuz they still haven’t been discovered here in Leesburg yet! I’ve been here twice thus far, no line-no waiting , top of the line service, very professional with folksy manner to boot:) They’re ready for prime time! Come on y’all, let’s patronize the heck out of this place! So they’ll stay and keep US ALL HAPPY:)

  In and out pretty quick with two cars on a Saturday morning. No major sales pitches or credit card offers. Recommended future services rather than “do it now!” Extremely clean and well organized - it’s a brand new shop so that was good to see. I loved the teamwork and checking each other’s work. Will definitely be back. Prices were not unreasonable- likely could have found cheaper, but the convenience and ability to get it done outweighs saving a few dollars for me.
