  OK, so I went here for a nail in my tire. I literally saw that it was a screw in my left rear tire. The manager Dave was nice and came out. He looked at my car for approx 20 secs and said I need all four replaced. this is a 2 wheel drive car. not some all wheel drive suv! He said he didn't have anyone to patch the tire. I asked why he had people on hand to replace all four tires and nobody to repair the nail near center of my tire. He walked away and said that he tried to help? My tires at another shop measured 6 32 inch depth which is about half the tires life. Also only 2 years old so no drytot. They said that mr tire is by name a tire shop and shouldn't expect less. I think they were right. understand that some people cannot afford 4 pricey tires whenever they stop by! Thanks and no thanks! dishonest to the core, guy Dave acted so nice yet tried to run me for about 1100 dollars in tires! By the way. the shop patched the tire for less than 50 bucks and made a customer.

  Great customer service and a smooth tire replacement experience. The staff was professional and courteous, and the work was completed within the expected timeframe. Very satisfied with the service and my new tires. Highly recommend!

  Very impressed, I was in a bind as I was set to leave for vacation that day and they got my van in, diagnosed it and did the repairs in one day. I had blown out a wheel bearing and it messed up the pads and rotor on one side so they had to replace both bearings and rotors as well as new pads. The next few days I put 400 miles on in the mountains of WV the new brakes etc. worked perfectly. Highly recommend.

  Last year December 2025 I purchased 4 new tires from this location. Unfortunately June 2026 I ran over a nail. The nail was in the tread, in the middle of the tire no where near the side wall. The tire had not been driven on low pressure. Given this, it is very unlikely there is internal damage that would warrant the tire being removed to inspect it. The tires are Continental ContiSilent that have a foam lining in them. These tires can be repaired with a standard plug or with an internal patch as long as you cut away the foam. So definitely repairable, but what does the service guy say, "highly likely you will need a new tire". I am so sick and tired of service people here trying to take advantage and pushing the high price item first. I'll never do business with this shop and recommend you don't either. The next day, I visited my local repair shop, they put in a plug for 35 dollars. It was a tiny screw so small I am not even sure how it caused a leak. A new tire..... 800 bucks to replace a tire 6 months old.
