  We had reserved and prepaid for a car that turned out not to be available at pickup. Our agent was extremely patient and made great effort to accommodate our needs with what was available. In the end, our rental turned into a one way rental as we returned the car to a different location and the agent at that location was extremely accommodating as well and Enterprise worked out an extremely satisfying solution. We had extenuating circumstances that both agents took into account in a very caring way and we couldn’t be more pleased with the overall experience. Enterprise has come through time and again for us and we are pleased to continue to recommend them to others!!

  The reservation was mistakenly made for 1 day in the future. My mistake. When I arrived for the pickup time the agent was cordial and siad its no problem when I gave him the correct dates for the rental. Great. However during the process I was told the rate and that because I was using a Visa branded bank debit card there would be an additional $200 "deposit ' required. I needed the ride so agreed to the predatory charge. On my way home I was called by my spouse and notified that you had charged my card for over $520 dollars for a one way 1 day rental. A charge that did not match what i was told. The agent who i worked with did not change my reservation to the correct date and charged a $300 deposit not a $200 deposit fee. I feel that your practices are predatory and discriminatory by chargeing customers a deposit fee. I understand the reson but here we are 36hours after drop off and my funds have still kot been refunded. This puts me in a financial bind when those funds were needed for my weekly commute. I booked through USAA and I will be letting USAA know of the predatory practices and ask that they no longer have you as a rental partner. It is amazing that you can pull funds in seconds but take days to release those funds back to the consumer. In the future I will chose another agency for my personal and corporate needs.

  This Enterprise should be the benchmark for all other Enterprise rental car franchises. Their professionalism and willingness to assist us are unparalleled. We’re a unique customer because we have cars delivered to private airports as part of the Enterprise/National Car rental program. We frequently change our arrival times and dates, and the way this Enterprise handled our needs was exceptional. I can’t express enough how impressed I was with the manager, Ethan. He went above and beyond our expectations, making us feel like we were taking advantage of him. Not only was he capable of handling everything, but he also maintained a cheerful demeanor throughout the entire process. It was some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Enterprise truly has a gem in Ethan. Thank you to this Enterprise and Ethan. We fly into town a few times a year, and I hope you’ll continue to pick up our calls, even though we can be a bit difficult at times. Enterprise, celebrate this branch!

  We have had to rent two cars recently due to accidents & worked with the Leesburg, VA team. Very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and accommodating in getting us the right vehicle as well as helping us work with insurance. Would highly recommend this team! Awesome to work with!
