I was in and out in under and hour and of course the checked tires, and all fluids under the hood. Didn't get any names, but you'll receive quick and friendly service regardless of who you meet.
- DLDebbie LyallAug 24, 20261.0Got there at 8 am. It took over 3 hours for an oil change and inspection sticker. Wanted to put a rejection sticker by saying my front windshield anti glare was to low. I've owned this truck for years and have never had a problem. $80 dollar labor charge to peel off the anti glare which took them 5 minutes. Never again!

They were able to accommodate a state inspection the same day without an appointment, even when customers came in halfway through the day. The crew worked hard to keep everything moving and make the process as convenient as possible. It’s great to see a shop that can handle inspections, oil changes, and other services efficiently while still taking care of its customers. Definitely a hardworking crew!

I was told by the skinny kid at the counter that if I wanted it inspected I should bring it early in the morning, as if I’m the problem.
- JJJadenAug 15, 20262.0I recently went to this valvoline to get just a BASIC state inspection . I dropped my car off at 9AM and an employee quoted me 2-3 hours of a wait time, I understood and agreed to just drop my car off . Hours and hour go by…12:30PM comes and I drive by to see my car was still sitting in the same spot i had originally Parked it off at. Unfortunately my car was not done with just a BASIC state inspection until 4:35 PM. Unfortunately , i won’t be going back. The cherry on top , I had my car fixed by one of their tech’s last May with a small mounting part issue . As I was picking my car up another separate employee reviewed What was right and wrong with the car and she told me there’s a mounting issue again when it was just fixed by the same guys as of last May. Unfortunately, it sucks because I really enjoyed going here prior to my most recent visit.
