  We would like to give our whole hearted endorsement of the Enterprise Team at the Springhill Suites Herndon Virginia location! We’ve been using Enterprise for years and this latest minivan rental marks our return back to this location nearest to our home in Reston. We were so pleased to find a familiar team member from the larger RT 28 Sterling Va location, Dante now here at our neighborhood Enterprise! His reassurance that the minivan we rented to move our daughter back to the Dorm for the start of College as large and roomy enough for all her items was perfect, accurate advice!! We’ve come to count on the team at Enterprise to provide the finest service and vehicles, ensuring our long distance travel is not only worry free, but a pleasure! We appreciate the attention to detail that all 3 team members gave to our overall Excellent Enterprise Experience!! Thank you Enterprise Management for the high quality representatives we count on, Dante, Manuel and Shay!   Great experience …manny( not very sure about the name) but some name close to it … he made the process super smooth and was Very clear with all the details .. didnt even take much time .. highly recommend the location..

  I have never had better service than the service I received from Dante at the Herndon Enterprise Rent-A -Car. He patiently helped me find the perfect car for me and I never felt rushed. I had an insurance claim and he coordinated everthing perfectly with the repair shop. When my car was repaired, he coordinated the pick up from the repair shop and kept me informed that it had been picked up. I will never go anywhere else if I ever need to rent a car. I would definitely give them a higher rating that 5 stars if it were avaliable .

  Great crew they were very helpful with the rental that was needed due to a hit and run. Pickup was very helpful and the flexibility of returning the vehicle to the enterprise near where my truck was on pick up day. Would highly recommend

  Normally this place is good and I used to get good cars but the recent exp was such a bad one the car is worst and basic model with out proper deep cleaning
