- RCRaquib ChowdhuryJun 20, 20261.0I called the number to Centerville location and someone from call center picked up my call and booked saying my 7 seater is available and ready for pickup. I got a call from the location saying they have no availability and they don't know why the call center accepted the reservation. I had to stay on the phone for long hours which delayed my whole family’s day trip plan. I was frustrated and booking a car for a day should not be this hard and in return they did not even offer a compensation as a courtesy. Very poor customer service and next time I wont book through this company if I do not get compensated for the poor service.

He was very nice and very informative, as well as laid back in the type of way that makes a guest feel comfortable and trusting in the service. 10/10 stars and I will be recommending this place to people almost fully because of the customer service experience. The I got the rental on the days 04/22/26 and returned it on 05/16/26 and all the workers those days have my upmost gratitude for giving us an amazing and fast experience.

I noticed and brought attention to it, I was told it’s okay and should not be a problem when I return the car. It is a problem and an internal claim is filed against me. I am innocent on this damages yet I am getting pinned on taking the blame.
