  I've been getting my oil changed at this location ever since I moved to Richmond, and I've always felt well taken care of. The team is friendly, professional, and consistently provides excellent service. I appreciate how easy they make the experience, and I always leave confident my car is in good hands.

  I couldn’t be more impressed by the service here: fast, diligent, comforting, and easy. You never have to wonder if you’re being persuaded to have a service you don’t need. Que, along with his superior and outstanding leadership, provided friendly, quick, amazing services changing my battery. I couldn’t be more happy with this location and would recommend it to anyone looking for these services!

  Nice folks but they left the PCV hose going to my intake manifold unplugged after removing it when opening the engine filter box, didn’t notice till check engine light came on later that day for the car running lean. I mentioned before leaving that the idle sounded rough but they weren’t worried about it. Glad I found the problem soon. They also left me with a messy oil cap and oil on the hood latch compared to mechanic that leaves things spotless

  The team leader or who ever rhe gentleman was that took my payment seems he didn't want to be there, didn't offer no extra service, did not check my tires just an oil change, now I left Jiffy lube because of terrible service and doing service on parts that was not part of my visit, I truly don't want this experience with your service, my usual location was busy at the time so I came to this one, but will not visit this one again!!

  I love, love, LOVE Valvoline!! Yes, I am that helpless damsel in distress. LOL I'll be 68 next month and have never even put air in my tires before! The convenience of Valvoline is off the charts! To be able to "drive through" for these services beats the heck out of sitting around an auto shop waiting for extended periods of time, while others are receiving more time-consuming services--and being charged exorbitant prices to do so! I love the ability to not just receive an oil change, but all the important extras that go along with it: checking tires, air filters, lights, and wiper blades. They have replaced tailight bulbs for me, on another occasion I needed my headlights changed out, they were too dim. They recommended the auto parts across the street for purchasing and then had me come back for installation. This is above and beyond service!!! The employees are always extremely courteous, friendly, and instructive about needs that would serve me well for best gas mileage, etc., etc. I also love seeing younger men being trained in such a valuable service for others. I recommend Valvoline to others all the time!!! Thank you so much for all that you do:))
