  Had an absolutely fantastic experience getting my oil change here. The entire process was seamless, but what really stood out was the exceptional service from Ash. Ash was incredibly professional, friendly, and got me in and out in no time. I really appreciated how quickly and efficiently everything was handled without sacrificing quality. It’s rare to find such speedy service paired with great customer care these days. Highly recommend this location, and a huge thank you to Ash for making it such a smooth, hassle-free visit.   Jaeden was fantastic to work with! He guided me through the entire process, clearly explaining when an issue needed to be addressed right away versus when it could wait a little longer. His communication was prompt, informative, and professional. I really appreciated the excellent customer service!

  The whole team was great. The heat did not slow them down one bit while they took care of my oil change, transmission, and diffs, and still had me in and out in reasonable timing! Great job!

  I’ve been using Valvoline for oil changes for years. Always a good experience. The employees are always friendly and (mostly* see later lol) very informative about everything. Most of the time if I don’t have a coupon, they offer one. Today I visited the Staples Mill location. A cute guy with medium length beautiful bouncy curls guided my car in. I hate the driving in and out part, I’m so afraid im going to fall in the dang hole 😂. Wonder how many times that’s happened. Anyways, he was lovely. Very helpful. Then a beautiful woman with face piercings and tattoos came to check my cars other stuff. She informed me that my air filter in my glovebox was fairly clean, however it was a bit too small! Full disclosure I’m pretty sure another Valvoline put that in lol. Also, i only found out about that filter about two years ago when one of their locations asked to check it! I had already been for a few years and nobody had ever mentioned it! My filter was so gross lmao. Anyways! She said it wasn’t really that big of a deal and I don’t HAVE to replace it. So I told her to leave it because I didn’t want to spend the money. But then a few minutes later she randomly said she’s going to go get one that’s the correct size for me and she’s going to replace it for free!! She said they were too honest to let me leave with the wrong one still in. Then she also gave me like 4 coupons and said they say they are expired, but they don’t care 🤣😂. She was freaking awesome! I’m terrible at remembering to look at names lol I’m sorry. Highly recommend Valvoline even with the small missteps I mentioned from previous visits!
