  Awesome group of people! Everytime i’ve gone they have been wonderful and i have never felt pressured to get something done! They even help teach you what some of the things mean to make you understand better and figure out if you really need it or not

  Here's what went well - service was friendly & fast and they listened to what I wanted. Here's what didn't go well - I was initially showed a price of around $ 150-185, but when the payment came, it was $ 507 (I admit, I did not want a normal oil change, it included engine, transmission & diff oil change as well as radiator fluid and fuel additive); the following points on the 18 point check were also definitely not done: Air Filter, Battery Test, Cabin Air Filter, Headlights, Taillights, Tire Pressure & Wiper Blades - I know, I was in the car the whole time and these were not touched. Power steering fluid, Chassis inspection & lubrication, Windshield washer fluid are questionable. They could also not help with Brake pad inspection or check Cam Chain tension (fair, this may be better dealt with by a dealership). Would I recommend them? I'm not upset, but probably not, at least deliver what your 18 point check promises.

He explained every step of the procedure in detail and took the time to recommend additional services that will help extend the life of my vehicle and prevent future problems. Very knowledgeable, honest, and professional. Highly recommend asking for Josh at Valvoline!

  The team is truly exceptional. Their technical knowledge, combined with the prompt and courteous service they provide, makes this location stand out. Even though I have other Valvoline locations approximately the same distance from me, I choose to bring all four of our cars to this location because of the people. They are knowledgeable, professional, and consistently provide excellent service. I highly recommend this team and this location!

  If you’re looking for a reliable and quick oil change, the Valvoline Instant Oil Change on West Broad is the place! The techs on the floor are all engaged and well mannered. The Managers step in and help out every time to ensure we get the best experience. Always a great experience…. I use them for both my personal and company vehicle. Today, Josh was very knowledgeable with the fleet response billing that my company uses which made for a very quick and efficient service. He even took the time to teach the new hires the process, which I thought was very outgoing of him! Great job team!
