This NTB location has become my go-to place for any repairs. I’ve two cars with high mileage and I do preventative maintenance to ensure that I can keep them longer. On the recent visit, I had suspension work, which included shocks and struts, control arms, etc, repairs along with some fluid flushes. I find the manager Jamie trustworthy and knowledgeable. I can be sure that they will not do or recommend services that are not needed and, when they need to be done, they will be priced right.

5 STARS for Jamie at Mavis Tires in the West End / Tuckahoe area! Jamie is the store manager and she is a phenomenal, down to earth, real good person. She gets the job done right and makes you feel taken care of. This location is SO convenient for anyone in Tuckahoe - easy to get to, easy in and out, and right where you need it. Work is always quick and professional. I've been coming here for over a year since I got my car and have never had a single problem.

I am from out of town and a current college student so I was very overwhelmed when I got a flat tire while in VA. Jamie did a wonderful job of helping me figure out my warranty plan and when we weren’t able to find it she looked at my tire and said she could take care of it. The entire experience was very easy and so friendly. I really appreciated all of their assistance and would definitely go back for future car needs!

Absolutely horrible experience!. As I sit here still waiting on my car I am so mad!. I ordered my tires and made my appointment on line. My appointment was for 3pm today. I was freed up early so I called this morning and asked if I could come in before 3pm. She the service rep transfered me to the service department.I asked he lady that answered the phone same thing. She told me.to let her checked to make sure that my tires had came in. She came back to the phone told me that my tired were in and that I could come at 11am. I got here at 1048am. I had been patiently waiting finally sje told me that I coming up next after a car that they were finishing up. So finally 45mins later and this is after the car that I was next after had came out of the bay and the customer had left. I know because I was sitting outside so I saw when the car came out and left. Now here we are 45mins later my car finally goes in the bay. I go back inside to sit 30mins later she tells me that the si,e that I ordered they don't have at this point my patience had gone out of the window. I told her well when I spoke with you on the phone you told me that you had to check to make sure that my tires had came in and you to that they were there. Of course she tired cutting me.off as I'm speaking her own words back to her. After seeing that she could stop me from talking she keys in something into the system amd tells me that they do have that size tirer it's just a different brand but the price will be the same. No apologies no anything she just walks off from the counter like I was the one that lied to her and who has had her her for over 3hrs. Yes, it is now 153pm and I am still here. NEVER again will I come here or to any NTB if this is how they train their staff to do customer service

I came into the shop for them to check my tires. I was about to go out of town and the tire pressure light came on for the second time in 2 weeks. Jamie was very nice and reassuring. They were able to look at it immediately. There was a nail in one of the tires and Mark was able to fix it. After he finished he came in and explained the problem. They did not charge me. I will go back next time I need service or tires. Both Jamie and Mark were awesome.
