  7/7/2026 Tuesday The purpose of scheduling a rental car ahead of time is to have the car ready when you arrive to pick it up. I arrived at Enterpise 9:45 a.m. and got checked in. I was told to wait for my car. I sat thinking that they were getting the car ready for me to inspect. After about 45 minutes of waiting, I asked when would my car be ready. I was told, "we don't know yet, we are waiting for cars to be returned to us." I was like REALLY! I had an appointment, needed to be there by 11:30, the time is now 11:03 and I still don't have a car. My glucose level has dropped to 70. I need to get something to eat or drink to bring it back up. This is sad. Before you rent a car from this location, make sure they have available cars.

  My first time renting a vehicle and I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Enterprise. Making the reservation over the phone very quick and easy. The pick up and return process is very efficient and only takes a few minutes. Nikki and all of the employees I interacted with were very polite and helpful. I highly recommend Enterprise and will definitely use them the next time I have a need for a rental vehicle.
