  These guys went above and beyond on my wife's Mercedes, but I already knew they would. I had already dealt with Omar and his crew on some jobs for mutual clients of mine. And I knew people he had worked for before and done work for and everybody was happy. So I already knew what I was getting before. I walked in, but he got the job done. Write quick and for great price. I didn't even need to shop it. I knew the quality of work. I was dealing with, I went over there at seven o'clock at night and those guys were hustling.

  If you want your car to look brand new no matter what happened go here!!! I had raw meat accidentally spill and seep all over my car. I didn’t use my car for five days so I didn’t notice until the smell had really been absorbed. I took my car to Concours and not only does the interior look brand new but they managed to remove the smell! They never stopped trying new ways to fix it and are amazing at their jobs. They are also very kind and professional. Cannot recommend them enough. Magic workers!

  I rarely do these reviews,however,when I’m saying Concours deserves a 10 plus rating, I am not exaggerating!!.. I didn’t really have any expectations when I took my Lexus 460 in,and when I picked it up today,my mouth was “jaw-dropping “…the quality of service was immaculate!!..my car looked has a “showroom “quality to it…they got rid of scratches that the dealer couldn’t remove..my reaction was like a little kid walking into a toy store…trust me when I say that this was a dollar well spent…the staff was kind and over the top professional!.. I’ve already made plans to take another vehicle to them..you guys are truly “the BEST!!!”

  I honestly didn’t think anything could get the smell out, but Concours Auto Detailing worked absolute miracles. I ended up with a dead rat somewhere in my vehicle and the odor was completely unbearable. The team at Concours took on the challenge without hesitation. Found the source and thoroughly sanitize and deodorize the entire vehicle when I got my vehicle back the smell was 100% gone just completely clean and fresh air unbelievable service fantastic attention to detail and top-tier professionalism if they can fix that they can handle anything highly recommend.

  These guys are life saver. I left my windows open in the storm and my car was full of water. They were able to get it all cleaned and dried in a timely manor.
