  I drove almost two hours to get a part because this was the only store that had it in stock. When I arrived, there was a sign on the door saying the store was closed due to a power outage. Luckily, a wonderful lady came outside and asked what I was waiting for. I explained that I had driven a long way specifically to pick up this part. Even though the store had no power, she went out of her way to help me and made sure I got my part. Amazing customer service! I really appreciate her kindness and willingness to help. I’m extremely satisfied with my experience at this store. Definitely 5 stars!

  Called at 8:19 on a Tuesday night to place an order. Was told by an employee that it was not possible for me to place a commercial order because the commercial people had left for the day. I asked to speak to a manager and was told the manager was going to say the same thing and doesn’t want to talk. I asked for the name of the manager and was told I wouldn’t be given it because all I would do is try to cause trouble the next day. Was then hung up on.

  If you see Sonia Camacho as the district manager run. She is dry, not a people person at all. I will never visit a store with her name on it. She is horrible even with the staff there.
