  A few weeks ago we needed a car battery went in and was told by the gentleman that they did not have anybody at the store right now to install the car battery and to come back in a few hours long story short we didn’t end up coming back for the battery that day a few weeks later we call back asking if we can come in for a battery. The person working says that because of the make and model of our car they’re not able to put the battery in was not told this a few weeks ago when we were trying to first buy it, but was told today when we tried to buy it that they for some reason couldn’t do it We drove a few miles down to O’Reilly’s auto parts got a battery for $20 cheaper and they did it no problem. I’m not sure if it was just the person working who didn’t want to help us or if it’s some weird store policy I’ve never heard of in my life, but definitely not happy with this store and will never be returning to AutoZone ever I’ll stick with O’Reilly.

  JUNE 5th , 2026 Go to this place if you want to know what racism actually feels like. I visited this location for the first time to help my Egyptian friend, who is new here and doesn’t speak English very well. He had already gone into the store and came back out, asking me to go in with him because he was nervous. When I went inside, there was a guy with curly hair who was polite and seemed willing to help. However, there was a white lady working i believe she was wearing glasses there who was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I approached her and asked for help, she started aggressively tapping on the screen as if I had asked something unreasonable, and then began speaking to me in a rude and disrespectful manner. All we needed was a replacement light bulb for my friend’s car, but instead of helping us, she acted as if we were the problem. I remained calm, but my patience ran out when we decided to leave and she shouted at my friend, telling him to “go back where you came from.” Who gave her the right to say something like that? This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. I will be filing a complaint with corporate because employees should not be allowed to treat customers this way. The manager should also be held accountable for allowing this type of conduct in the workplace. I would strongly recommend that corporate investigate this incident and take appropriate action.

  Great service!! I was visiting VA and had a blow out on the freeway. Discovered I needed a specific key for the tires. The lady that answered the phone was professional, friendly, and helpful. Was able to get a ride to the store and pick up exactly what I needed in less than five minutes. This was a big deal for me because I was about to be stranded in VA until Monday. I was on the road quickly after my visit. Thank you!!!!!

  The gentleman helped install my new battery and tested the necessary equipment. I was in and out quickly. Very helpful and friendly!!

  I just visited this store this morning to buy products and received the worst customer service ever. There was a rude Hispanic male, who obviously forgot that his job is to be helpful, courteous and respectful to customers. More than likely, I will never return to this location.
