  I have been using this location for over a year for oil changes. The staff are always welcoming, friendly, and efficient. They do a great job of communicating through the process of work being done. Highly professional and great service. Recommended with enthusiasm.

  I always get it changed at the Haymarket location! They always treat me right & do a great job servicing my vehicle. Wait time is at a minimal. I definitely recommend the Valvoline in Haymarket.. Customer Service is very good

  Prices have gone up to the point it’s likely time to go elsewhere. 30% up over last year or so for same service. Plus charging extra for coolant top off???? Really…charge more then reduce what u provide. Staff was distracted on their phones showing each other videos during the service. Not much confidence they didn’t miss something…no signal or brake checks. Tech below sounded inexperienced based on things he was saying. Underwhelmed at best…maybe jiffylube will pay attention or local mechanic?
