  Really enjoyed visiting this shop for the first time as everyone was very friendly and helpful. It's a rather unique arrangement with a car dealership and Triumph dealership in one storefront. Triumph was well represented and well stocked with lots of inventory. Looking forward to having my Tiger serviced here later this year.

  Hard pass! Tyler never followed up on request as I was ready to buy and found the same bike a year newer for 3k less in NJ. A lot of razzle dazzle. For the most part most not all Triumph dealers are BS. R

  Excellent experience, 100% recommended! This has been the best and easiest interaction I've had with a dealership, Tyler helped me get the numbers really quick, valued my trade over the phone with pictures/questions and when I got there the paperwork didn't take longer than 15 minutes, he had everything ready for me. They didn't try to change the price on me, or put a bunch of addons or upsell me the classic "gap insurance" or "service plans". It's hard to give a dealership a good review since there's always something with them, well, this is NOT the case, this dealership is definitely recommended, if you are looking for a triumph, give Tyler a call and I guarantee you will not regret it.

  I drove 6 hours from New Jersey to buy a new Triumph Street Triple from Triumph of Harrisonburg, Va. I did all the legwork and negotiating via email. Triumph of Harrisonburg was very accommodating and held the bike for me until I had the chance to drive out there on the weekend.and complete the purchase. Excellent buying experience. I've dealt with a few of the Triumph dealerships in NJ for service on my old bike (Triumph Sprint) but I found them to be unethical, telling me things were wrong that I knew for a fact were not. It was worth the trip to Harrisonburg. I wish they were closer so I could use them for service as well.

  Made a new Motorcycle purchase working with Tyler. This business is friendly and accommodating. Paperwork was done quick and I was on the road! Will be back to see them for service and accessories!
