  They don't have laundry facilities available—the machines are broken. They do have their own laundry area—I understand it's for washing the shower towels—but they don't take the initiative to let us wash our own clothes. If they only knew what it's like out on the road... we come here wanting to wash our clothes, but we can't. 😔

  Be aware drivers ,the guy who work dayshift names Erin disrespectful and rude ,aggressive ,out of character of been front desk customer service .

  Don’t you ever stop here ! Showers take for ever!!!! About 2 to 3hrs wait ,employees just don't care about anything , you can wait in the line to pay for merchandise for ever and they don’t even look at you, they have like 7 employees doing nothing !

  My experience at store # 491. With the manager and a estranged cashier. Amy is the Jackie is one of the night shift cashiers. About a month ago I had a layover on this property and I experienced the most horrifying experience of a life. There was a man in a van parked next to my car with 2 of the most beautiful dogs i have ever seen. I looked over at the dogs and the man in the van was slamming the dogs head in the back door of the van. He was beating the dog with his leash so hard blood started gushing out his mouth and body. I tried to look the other way but as an animal lover I started to cry so I ended calling the police department on this abuser. I went in to tell the nightshift cashier what was going on. While she was not paying any attention to what was going on in this store nor outside. So I walked back to my car. The abuser of this animal stopped beating him long enough to go into the store. Where the cashier Jackie told the abuser that i called the police. So he stopped and cussed me out for contacting the police department. There was 6 puddles of blood under this man's van. And Jackie the cashier had told so he started on 81 toward Winchester when the police got there the called state troopers to bolo for a black conversion van with 2 k9s in it and out of state plates. They got him and unfortunately the poor helpless fur baby had died. They arrested the man. My point of all this is that fur baby wouldn't have died if the pilot cashier Jackie had kept her mouth shut.. She has no right to tell that man anything. I got trespassed from this store by the Store manager Amy because of this. That fur baby nor I did anything wrong in this situation. All I did was take up for that Gorgeous 225 pd Belgian shepherd. He had no voice just tears and you could tell by looking at him his spirit was broke and there was blood ended up everywhere on this gorgeous creature. Please I would appreciate anyone who was there that nite to comment on this or animal rights groups and would like to know if the is customer confidentiality because if she told that abuser I contacted the police who knows if she's going to tell other customers anything private. She aid3d in the death of that gorgeous Belgian shepherd. He had blue eyes just like the ocean was one of the best mannered furbabies I ever incountered. This situation traumatized me for life. They have no right to trespass me for my constitutional right. I'm going to corporate to fight for my right to go in this store.
