  Very disappointing service. There are 7 showers open at this Pilot, but none of them have been cleaned, and no one seems to be taking care of them. I’m next in line and have been waiting, not knowing how long it will take. I asked an employee why the showers weren’t being cleaned, and they simply told me, “They’ll be cleaned soon.” But why should customers have to wait when there are five available showers that are not ready to use? For truck drivers who spend long hours on the road, having a clean and available shower is a basic service, not a luxury. Very disappointed with the way customers are being treated here. I hope management addresses this issue.

  Holding the washer and dryer for their own purposes when they won’t even maintain it themselves is absolutely ridiculous. Complaint sent out to both CSC and Pilot corporate get out of the truck driver’s laundry room. You don’t belong there.

  I want to recognize two outstanding employees, Nathan and Jordan, for going above and beyond at the Pilot gas station. While I was at the location with my semi-truck, my trailer was close to falling, creating a stressful and potentially dangerous situation. Nathan and Jordan immediately stepped in without hesitation. They stayed calm, acted quickly, and did everything they could to help me get the situation under control safely. Their professionalism, teamwork, and willingness to help made a huge difference. They didn't treat it as just another day on the job—they genuinely cared about my safety and made sure everything was handled properly. As a professional truck driver, I can honestly say that employees like Nathan and Jordan are hard to find. Pilot is fortunate to have team members who represent the company with such dedication, integrity, and outstanding customer service. Because of their actions, what could have turned into a much worse situation was handled safely and professionally. Nathan and Jordan deserve recognition for their exceptional work. I truly believe they have earned a raise and should be strongly considered for higher positions within the company. Their work ethic, leadership, and commitment to helping customers set the standard for what great employees should be. Thank you, Nathan and Jordan, for your professionalism and for going above and beyond when it mattered most. You made a lasting impression, and I will always remember the outstanding service you provided.

  This is one of the better pilots that exists. The showers are spotless with good water pressure and the store is always clean. I get fuel and do my 10hr break here at least once a month.
