  Mr Tire is so nice! My wife went there after a hell of a day and he was so kind and fast and really turned the day around! She had a huge hole in her tire and was trying to make it to a graduation dinner on time and he was able to help and send her on her way.

  I am unfortunately giving Mr. Tire a 2-star review due to the long waiting time for service, even when the business works by appointment. They gave me an appointment for 10am but did not get to my car until 12:30. I did not leave the shop until 2pm. They said it would only be a 45min wait so I stayed but this wait turned into 4 hours. That is unacceptable customer service.

  I can't say enough good things about their services and the people who work here. There were a few miscommunications and hiccups, but they went above and beyond in making things right. Jason, Ray, Aurora, and especially Kayla all work incredibly hard and are genuine people. I will be recommending this location to everyone I know because of how they handle issues and treat people.

  I had the best experience yesterday here! I walked out to my tire flat at my apartment, and I just happened to call this location; and Kayla was absolutely the best person to have helped me and in general the most respectful, kind, and helpful person I have spoken to at a car service place. She told me they could take care of my tires that exact day, and even found out solutions for me to get the tires I could afford. She truly went above and beyond and I have never felt more comfortable handling car stuff before yesterday, she is a true asset to the business! I also enjoyed chatting with her when I came to pick my car up, and all in all she truly knows how to work with and help people; I will definitely be returning to this location for other services, and I loved how her and the tech made recommendations for the future and not be pushy.

  Brake Repair, Customer Service all exceptional and outstanding. Wish you could clone this place (and it's personnel) everywhere. So impressed by the customer service person (can't remember her name)! While we were waiting we couldn't help but be impressed by her knowledge and customer service skills over the phone & in person with others coming in. This place appears busy and we can see why. Thank you again for the excellent brake repair service and fitting us in last minute!
